they recall their defective products and do nothing but ignore customers
i went to Midvalley today, they having a roadshow for instax 20years. inviting me to try their apps (party what so ever). once installed and want to print the picture by using this apps, it is not user friendly. unable to crop. "red box" cannot move. what a lousy apps. this is not the year of 2000. make you apps more user friendly instead by using your default setting. Wasting my data to download and wasted time to queau just to print unprofessional photo taken by "part time" promoters. Tq.
