Excellent app for tuning harpsichords. Enough temperaments to select from and accurate for fine adjustments. It works fine on my Samsung A30s. No need for external microphone. Thank you.
This tuner works great, it's accurate enough to set intonation on a guitar, I would give it 5 stars but even the paid version aggravates you about rating it...alot, like once an hour or something. Trade off there, I rated the app sooner, but only gave it 4 stars instead of 5
This app is perfect for me. I use it to tune my voice. I wish it worked well with Android 9. It does not support split screen. That does not keep me from using it daily, however.
Great tuning accuracy. I wish that the user interface would be modernised, but hey it works. Always form over function. Highly recommended app.
Piano tuning becomes easy job with this app and I save a lot of money when DIY with it whenever I need it. You should make sure to have good smartphone with good mic.
When my piano tuner told me he used this program I immediately downloaded it and bought the paid version for my Samsunng S7 and loved it. I'd like to buy it for my S10+ but don't know if it's compatible.
Tuning has become a breeze. Thanks to the developer. A typical dull but effective German approach has proven to be better than some fancy hip cool beautiful looking ones.
Tuning my viola and guitar quickly and accurately presents harmonious to the task elegantly. Love the app to buy the pro version.
Used the free version for ages so decided to pay for it as it is so useful. Wanted to support the developer.
An excellent app, functional and useful. I use it for every practice session.
It's accurate and it reads cent offsets well, so why not be cool and support the developer I figured.
It is great, but a little stubborn with the B and E strings but I am happy with it!
I love this tuner. Easy to use and convenient.
Great for when I need to quickly tune.
Good app and easy to ues.
super for guitar and instruments thanks again for all your help mm. gebb
flat in teble not good enough for professional piano tuner
Beautiful. It got the job done.
Best tuner I have ever had!
Just what I was looking for to tune my clavichords &harpsichords
I tried lots and this is the best I found. Being able to select the instrument means that other instruments playing in the background are filtered out.
Im not understand how to use all fuctions about Chromatic Tuner
how do I tell if I need to update
This simple application is one of the very few tuners that features a usable stretch setting for most pianos. I'm not sure it would work for all pianos but our Yamaha G2 happens to be fine using the "mean" stretch setting. Also, the application seems to be able to respond to even very low notes on the piano, whereas most other apps "give up" in the lowest octave (using same device). The indicator takes a split second to focus on the note, but is well-averaged so that it's much easier to read once centered.
Use it a lot (daily) on my (vintage) Galaxy sIII (for violin), no errors or nasty surprises of any sort, clean interface. Even that squeaky "E" I put on the other day did not give the pitch finder any trouble (my ears coldn't stand it though :) ) Nothing else to be said. The only addition/improvement I can think of is an implementation of relative tuning where you play an A for it to find relative string pitches to tune to (Maybe I'm being lazy and unreasonable but it would help my confidence as a learner)
Found this app to be very valuable and useful in tuning a piano for the very first time. It gives you extra detail other apps do not.
Couldn't pick up the lowest and highest ranges. Ended up using AP Tuner for Windows.
The most reliable, customizable, and accurate tuner. Just get it if you're a musician. A really valuable tool.
I love the fact that I can do violin and other instruments so I don't have to tune improperly
Fantastic app. It's a tight tuner for my piano or guitar, and it's also great to find out what key something is in. Try it out, and you'll realize that paying to go ad-free is a no-brainer. Last tuner app you'll ever need.
