I bought a screen protector for my LG G6 that came with the IG 1 year protection insurance ($40). I followed the instructions and after downloading the app, received a notification that the insurance didn't cover my phone. Customer service made me download the app twice, call twice, and did not provide helpful information. They had no list of compatible devices, and after it all, I'm convinced this is a scam. Do not download this app and do not be persuaded into a purchase that has IG coverage.

This company is horrible. They will NOT back up their claim of providing insurance service and pay claims. It has been 58 days since I filed a claim and I continue to get the run-a-round and false promises. Excuse after excuse! Don't waste your time, get real insurance because this ISN'T. It seems like it would be great, protect your device's screen and get insurance to protect it. BUT IT ISN'T. I can't believe that it could be this hard except if this company is a scam.

Does not work. You have to use it to register, but it crashes at diagnostics. Second review, somehow my last 1 star was not here when I came back to check.
