Consultations typically last about 20 minutes. If your provider determines you need a prescription, it will be called in to a pharmacy near you.

This was my first experience with online medical care, and I was pleasantly surprised! Quick, easy, with the added fun bits of trivia which are MUCH better than 3- year-old golf magazines in a clinic waiting room. The doctor was helpful. I'll definitely use this again.
From downloading the app to getting antibiotics sent to my pharmacy the whole thing took about 25 minutes! I'm very sick so not having to leave and go be around a bunch of other people was amazing. Very satisfied with the results.
Don't waste your time! I have been attempting to see a doctor for an hour and a half. I have been switched to 3 different providers and have yet to see one. Never again will I use this app or Integris for any of my medical needs.

Can't open the app to use it. Keep getting an error message. I never had this happen with the original version.
The wait was long but it beats having to go to an office during the crisis we have going on in the world today. The doctor was very nice. Asked me necessary questions and got a diagnoses. She also gave me advice to help me while i wait for my prescription. I will be using this app in the future.

I felt miserable and did not want to leave the house much less go sit in a waiting room for over an hour. The Doctor was nice and through. I was suprised it was cheaper than urgent care as well.
My wife waited about 3 hours. Finally she got tired and canceled the appointment.

I got referred to use this platform after I could not get in with my primary doctor yesterday. long story short I spent 2 hours on the phone because I got referred the number to call I finally get an appointment but after issues with insurance I just paid the 55 out of pocket for Doctor Brent Matza just for him to take my 55 and tell me just to go to urgent care. Very disappointed will not be using this app again and do not recommend it or the doctor Brent Matza & still waiting to see a Dr.

The virtual visit itself was fine. But was double charged the amount for a single visit. The app information leads you to believe your insurance can be billed, but when you sign up for your appointment the only option to pay is bank/ credit card. I am a longtime client of Integris. My Primary Care Physician is through Integris. In order to be refunded for the unauthorized charge to my account will take several days. And billing staff were not familiar with the website nor its verbiage at all!
