I think it would be better if the tasks could be moved to the bottom of the list when they have been changed to first attempt, customer refused, etc. Sometimes there are 7 parcels that i have to scroll through to get to the next task and while i am scrolling the list refreshes and returns to the top. So if these were at the bottom it would be helpful
Glitches on my brand new Google pixel 5. Fix your trashy app. Halfway through my packages the app crashes. It gets super laggy very quickly. Not to mention if there is a suite number it will confuse it with the address. Very unprofessional app, I hope our company switches to a different app as soon as possible. Unacceptable.
Drains my battery when I use an iPhone. Not very user friendly and doesn't have a good layout. Usable but could be much better.
Their own email to help desk support no longer exists. No contact number to reach out for support. Is this even.a legit app that follows laws? My application process just to get accepted as a driver is in limbo because no one can reach any live person at this company.
There's no back button to get out of where the photos are saved. Help losing valuable time closing and re opening the app
Bad application. Crashes phone and map takes you to any other place far away from the location.
Should have statused orders in the task list moved to the bottom, so we don't have to scroll down passed them to find the next stop.
There must have been an update cause now it crashes, I get system ui stopped working everytime I try to open it.

once i logout i lose my completed tasks ,after this update i couldn't upload photos from my gallery
My id sign out frequently and need to sign in again and in samsung phone the app doesnt work very well

just terrible,hot-headed service,impossible to quit smoking here. all I can say is after 3 years of service I was kicked to the curb, heartless company,the lowest bidders,with 0 respect for their Drivers,save yourself the grief

The new update is just complete garbage. Been doing this job for a couple months now, never had a problem until the new update and has completely messed my day up each day. Takes forever now to load my list, that's if I get the current day. Sometimes shows previous days list. Also crashes right in the middle of my deliveries. Currently on the road losing daylight because they had to change things. Any driver dealing with this should be compensated for it.
