Have a seek plugged into my phone note 8 and the app v 2.3.24 loads up but won't link with the thermal cam. Does anyone know the fix or is there some settings I need to change.. 1ll it says is info updating in app
Had the app when I bought the mount and it was great but had to uninstalled the app when I couldn't log in any more and it still doesn't log in or register. Very disappointed
Complete B.S. requires a log in that tells you "no connection to server". They should just go back to the old software. That worked fine.
If you are a seek user u can use a crosshair app over your seek picture. I use crosshair generator it is adjustable
Please admin fix app, hunting season came and cant use app. I bought two of mount with thermal to use.
This app was great whn it came out (used on a Note3). Now, just wont work at all. Damn shame...can't give zero stars

Update: changed phones and downloaded the new app. Now it requires a log in to use, but the server is down. Changing review from 5 to 1 star. Can't give a 0.
Used to be free but now they lock you out until you "register". When you register they still don't unlock it. When you go to their website for to try to contact support they don't have a website. Very sad... I used to love this app.
Doesnt even work. Suppliers website has multiple 404 errors. Cant register cant access server what a waste i just bought te camera

Wont Start on my galaxy note 8. Says camera is busy. I have no other apps running.
This app never fails to load, does exactly what it's supposed to and provides the user with quite a few fun reticles. Not a long distance optic replacement method by any means, but definitely a fun tool at the range and in short tactical situations. With the new cameras in phones, it wont be long until this becomes sonething incredible. The mount is a really solid piece too if you choose to buy it. 5 stars around.
More better if user able to change from imperial to metric, also the crosshair calibration, more better if user able to choose 1/4 or 1/8 or 1/2 or 1 moa. I am sorry for my bad english, i hope u understand. I can not find where is the thermal scope function in this apps.
Maker sold hardware that requires app to function, but improperly authored app to require login every time it is used (NOT just 1st use for registration purposes, which would have been fine) then promptly went BK, breaking the app and rendering associated hardware useless. They've never released source code so it could be fixed by the end users. SHAME! BAD VENDOR, BAD!
