Intelius People Search/Call ID

Used to be a good tool for my investigative work. At 9.99 per month it was worth having. Suddenly, about 6 months ago the app stopped working without notice. After several phone calls to the company I come to find out that due to a doubling of the cost my plan was no longer offered and my access was turned off. At 19.99 per month it's not worth it. Quality of the information supplied was hit or miss, and more often than not, it missed. It was a useful tool for the time l had it Too expensive now

Well I have subscribed the last 3 months. For years prior to 2018 a steady customer. Sadly even with this new Facelift it's still the same OLD INTELIUS, old information, or lack thereof. A waste of money, especially the additional cost of 20$ to upgrade. When you do, there's very little if any additional information at all. WPC

Terrible service. I have emailed several times about issues with the app not working. It shows I am a premier account holder, but I still see ads. If you, developers, have given up on this app, let me know so I can uninstall. If I do not hear from you, I will assume you no longer exist and file for refund.

A good app for getting me a general idea of who may be calling me. I can't say every name or number that came through was right on point and identified the caller. But, provided some older fun facts about the numbers. The info seems to be older versions of everyone's current information by years in most cases. The few telephone numbers I did use the app for.. kind of left me in the same spot I was in before I put the number in, wondering who was calling.

good app. doesnt got enough pictures of the person you are getting a backround check on. It can be extremely helpful if youre looking for a person who has changed their name and moved and such.

I paid $9.99 for mobile only subscription, but I haven't been able to use it yet. It's been at least 4 days. Customer service is slow to reply. By the time I get this fixed, my month's subscription will be up. They won't even acknowledge me. I guess I paid for nothing. Calling BBB!! Edit: nah, I'm not interested anymore. I'm lodging my complaint and I'm done with you. you got my $10, but that's the last penny this company or any people connect company will get. Good luck.

So far I have spent almost $40 and still haven't gotten anything besides my own background check. Every time I try to sign in it doesn't work. I've tried to reset my password but it still won't let me access anything. I downloaded the app and it just takes me to a white page with text only of, what looks like, their options to choose from, like background check, criminal record, search people, etc... Did I pay for my background check but still need to create an account before accessing anything?

Ripoff, I have used these services before at a similar price of 4.00 USD but wanted the ease of using Google Pay. It made it appear that it was 1.99 for an individual background check. But it only shows you a 'profile' consisting of everything about them on google and whitepages searches. 19.99 for a full check. Deceptive practice when people may need an affordable criminal check. Please be more clear in what you are getting for what price. I would appriciate a refund to my Play Balance.

i used to have a good experience with this app but now it seems as though i got ripped off for 10.00. i paid for the membership and got exactly what the free service provided. I used to be great word of mouth marketing for this app and i dont know what they did but its under par for sure. save yourself some money and dont buy membership. By the way the one before, where did it go? I used this app for my business and it was very important for my safety to have this little ace in the hole

I purchase the app for a month for $9.99. I had issues saying in I had issues trying to search a person and phone. I went to stop automatic payments and I got a message saying I should go back and give a reason.I shouldn't have to give a reason if I'm paying for something that's your guys bad on your guys's technology. I to stop automatic payments

Don't use this scam. I paid for a premium report and kept getting an error message when I clicked on the findings. No reply when I contacted customer service multiple times so I can only assume it is a fraudulent service.

Thought i was doing a one time search for a small fee but found out short time later in my bank statement i was charged for a subscription i did not want to have or pay for!! Now i can not even cancel my membership, well at least have not been able to, I want my money back, I feel they stoled it!, so do not pay their 95¢ one time search you will be paying a whole lot more!!!

Its to do with billing. it was for the first 95cents offer i wanted to use and then they deducted 30 $ everymonth with no email communication until i noticed my creditcard bill.I hope these companies out there have some more transparency with their billing. They send so much unnecessary email but not when they deduct money . Money looting system.Now they dont want to refund.so pls be careful.

I've been paying a month subscription, however this app continues to glitch and no matter what I do it will not work. Really disappointed I've used it for years but the last 6 months it's been horrible.

This app is robbing me out of my money I played for the 9.99 subscription and it has not worked for me in 3 whole. No one's there to answer the phone to resolve the problem and they don't respond to emails. I guess that they took my money. Good job Intelius.

i was billed via email when i did not request membership and thought i had a free trial. 3 different prices $.95, $7.95 and $29.95. First, cancell any membership I supposedly had. 2nd, I will not pay for something that appears to be false advertising.

I can't use the service after paying $10, I'm getting authentication token failure. Please rectify or refund immediately. I also received an email that my membership had been cancelled which I never requested cancellation. If you cancelled my membership how come you're not sending me a refund? You're FRAUD!

RIP OFF. I paid $9.99 for recurring monthly subscription plus $19.99 for a (one) criminal back ground check, knowing he has a record in multiple states and my $30 got me zero. Come to find out the $19.99 was for a criminal background check that showed zero. After I got zero for a criminal background check. Then other options showed up, local criminal record $19.99. state criminal record $19.99, federal criminal record, additional $19.99. Save your money.

this is one of the worst apps ive ever used. there are free apps that do a better job. false advertising on top of charging you for everything that was supposed to be a free trial. im very disappointed

there are two people i can't find on here. And history of other people living at an address would be nice. But only reason its a 4 and not a five is I cant seem to see the point in paying for it if i have to pay for every report other then that it os a goos app and one of the best specially when looking up someones phone number

I really like this app, it's up to date with all the information you need to find. Just put in the phone number your looking for, and it shows where the person lives and if it's a landline or a cellphone. Love it. I haven't paid to get more information from this app, but i am sure it would be worth it. I have a low income, is why i haven't purchased anything more than what the app provides.

I tried at least 10 apps and a dozen websites. This is the only one where I was able to obtain the info I was looking for without giving a form of payment. All the others claimed to give you "free information". Yet, those same "free" apps/sites ask for $$ to access even the most basic info. Seriously, ALL but Intelius were click bait!! NO JOKE! I was so frustrated by the time I found this app - I was ready to up! So many frauds & liars these days! Integrity matters people!! Thank-you Intelius!

They have my information mixed up with someone else with the same name. I've asked them several times to correct it and the refuse. This app is providing WRONG information.
