Intelli IM is a subscription based cloud service for Communicator Web Access (CWA), Google Talk and Google Talk Business. Intelli IM App works with Intelli IM cloud service towards the enterprises and Google Talk cloud service.

The app works, but with many glitches. For an app you pay for, you'd expect more of it. Notifications often don't work, statutes don't update and calendars don't work.

Don't subscribe unless you are sure. I purchased my subscription for a year. However down the line they stopped supporting sfb and after repeated follow up failed to refund my remaining months prorated

Expensive application. Terrible UI, creates different windows while talking, integration is completely messed up at protocol level. This application does not work properly as advertised and the UI needs absurd enhancements, I feel like I'm using a Froyo app

Need to be available for my job PAID for this service, and it keeps crashing and saying server error but my server is correct. Have to Uninstall and then reinstall. Waste of a day and emailed technical support and still same problems 😣😣😣

Needs improvement Although it works, its syncing with Lync is not perfect. Not all conversations started here can be seen there and vice-versa. Also, it "influences" your Lync status, changing it in the computer's application whilst it does not follow what you have set there. Moreover, the app does not support the "Be Right Back" status existing in Lync. Why ??

Used this app every Monday thru Friday for work until there was an update from Samsung. Now I have to use My Galaxy Note 5 pen to keep my screen on in the app all day, as it logs out if the screen is off. Very upset, and there is a bug they confirmed. Need this fixed asap, or will need to install something else for work.

Seems to have the same issue all these apps have. I'm Available, or so I think, until I go back into the app and it quickly signs me back in again. So was I Available or Away? Interface clearly needs modernising. Weekly schedule not working according to schedule, eg just signed in manually despite schedule set to make me Available at 7am.

Paid for this app for business, stopped using it : conversations do not get saved / transfer to my account to be viewed on laptop as when I use outlook and lync on my laptop - Saved messages are important I the business world to have written proof. Worst issue is sometimes a message pops up on screen then disappears and does not go to history. There is another app that does not have this issue that I switched to. I love the layout of this app, status handling, & my groups. Fix this and I will change stars.
