Flexible schedule but I could not give 5 stars because. most of facility cancel your shift in last minute and IntelyCare doesn't pay for. They can pay you only for 3 hours if the facility doesn't want you and when you in and for me it's unacceptable because we all schedule about our responsibility. thank you to have read.
I would like the option to pick up a partial shift if the facility allowed it. Besides that the entire process is fairly easy. It was difficult to complete the new employee info and to start working but I'm glad I stuck with it.

Can't move forward in the app after uploading documents. No accessible way to contact. They say reviewing "and if a good fit" they'll contact in 1-2 business days. It's been weeks and since I've been using other apps to work, hard to imagine that I wouldn't be a good fit, but again, no way to contact. Guess the industry isn't as hard-pressed for healthcare workers as everyone says. 🤣🙄
This app is so horrible! You have to jump through do many just to get approved for this app! Its not worth it!! I have been with it a week a still have only one facility in a 20 mile area to chose and you have to have a current covid test in order to apply! IF YOU REALLY NEED MONEY DON'T JOIN THIS SITE!!!
Great company to be with, great pay, benefits, hours and locations. Flexibility and perks for being with them. I would recommend all nursing to give it a try, I can't tell you how many reviews I seen that was positive, so honestly they are very straightforward. They are becoming quite successful. Download it check it out for yourself.
I like having the freedom of when an where I want too work , daily pay is a plus if you need some quick cash they have benefits just enjoy working for them !!
Great. Then I got a book me request with a bonus. I accepted it. Facility called intelycare to request me again. Whoever they talked to did not send a book me request, instead they just added the shift to my accepted shifts list. So I did not get the book me bonus and my choice to accept or deny the shift was taken away. Contacted support by email, was told deny the request if I am not happy happy the rate of pay. Told them that was the point I was not given option to deny and lost the bonus.
Takes long to enter dates especially old dates, eg 1979. You have to keep on scrolling backwards. Options for pictures too. if you don't have a picturesque appearance, the app doesn't give you options to use a nicer one you might have, once in your lifetime. At least you have the option to review or keep taking new ones. update. I am still trying to find the tab where I can upload a new picture!
It is a great app. It gives you a very detailed information on what you want either your shift, the lactation of the facility to work, the time, the floor, how to check in and out,the amount to be paid and when to be paid. It also tells you which facility canceled shifts the most and the one that doesn't so that makes the workers able to pick more shifts where they can work without being canceled. Indeed it's a great app
Cons: Forced to update app frequently, app freezes up when you try to check-in, check-out, and accept a shift. The problems checking in are especially troubling, because you are graded on punctuality. Their estimated mileage is not accurate: is off by about 10 miles. Almost all of the available shifts require an hour drive, but they do not compensate you for mileage. Pros: Good pay, paid weekly, flexibility on when/where you work, the app concept is great - just has some bugs to work out.
I've been with Intelycare going on 3 years, I really wish we had the option to change our profile pictures at least once a year especially since people's appearances can/will change. I also wish intelypros could leave reviews on facilities for other intelypros to be able to read just so we could know what we're getting into before we pick up. It would be nice if Intelycare offered contracts (at least locally). Once your on the DNR you can't redeem yourself, which I hate. No hospital shifts.
I don't like that things are put on the app at the last minute and what I called the last minute is the last-minute the day of the shift I wish it can be put on the app maybe 2-3 days before maybe a week before it makes sense to me to put it on there so I can schedule myself around a few hours
Ive been with this company for almost 2 years and I love it. Always good paying shift you can set your filters to your liking. You work when you want for how long you want days wise.
Its ok. I like being able ro pick up here if my regular agency shifts are cancelled. There are sime things thwt need fixed. I frequently cant get signed in on time because i spend 15-20 minutes at the facility trying to find someone willing to sign me in. The forced updates are really inconvenient when you get them at the beginning or end of a shift when trying to clock in/out. Overall the app based system has some glitches and there needs to be an alternative to using the app for everything.
very nice place to work, easy use app, love picking my own schedule, daily pay, weekly pay, just wish they would get more facilities.
you have to down load the app on your phone to apply. took me an long time trying to figure this out. they should have that on the home page so others won't be confused.
My problem with the app is that when it offers me to add on a 3-11 to the 11-7 shift I'm picking up and I decline, it confirms me for the 3-11 I didn't want and not the 11-7.
I began the process to work with IntelyCare but after reading these reviews it's sounds like I'd be better off at any other agency out there. I already work for one and it is by far the best so I couldn't imagine the stress of having to count on a dag blasted app to work correctly. Mess with my $, ya mess with my life. And Noone has time for that. Thanks to those that haven't reviews as you have made it am easy decision.
I've been working for them since the start of the pandemic when I quit my staffed job. It was the best decision I ever made! I recommend staying on time and not canceling too often because the pay makes a difference in the levels. Once I got the hang of it, it's been the best money I've made since switching to Healthcare. I live in Chicago and the shifts are pretty consistent as long as I travel at least 25 mi

Good pay and usually always has shifts. the only thing I don't like is that your rate goes down if a facility forgets to rate you which is not the workers fault but it brings down the workers progress
this is by far the best company I have ever worked for they will go above and beyond to help you find work and help you exceed in the nursing field I would recommend this company to everyone
Love intly I am having a little trouble with my app wouldn't let me clock in and out was there at the facility so it's okay I hope!!! Also they are there to answer any? Any time any day or night they always get back to u within timely manner... love ❤ this agency
Since June 18th this app is useless. You can't see any shifts past June 27th. I have contacted IT several times about this and still the problem continues.I have deleted this app, reinstalled the app. I have deleted other apps to make sure there is enough memory. The app still will not let you see shifts beyond 6/27. Why this service is not web based also I will never understand. Thankfully I belong to ConnectRN. Their app and service is more stable and reliable.
I would like to rate this app a 3.5. I love working for Intelycare. I felt the need to rate this app today. I have been with this company for a few years. The app constantly needs updating. The app doesn't save filters of specific facilities. The updates should help the employee instead of always having to select facilities everytime you login. Can you please add a save. I don't like seeing facilities that I have no interest in working.
doesn't give you a chance to edit your review on the facility/experience. its difficult to try and give a response when leaving a facility during report, I've lost the screen many times and was NEVER able to Express how terrible the shift was and everything that happened. PLSASE FIX
Second time I've not been able to clock out. ERROR MESSAGE! Only to call IntelyCare and be told I needed to log out completely of that doesn't work uninstall and re-install. Needless to say I did both and still unable to clock out. It's 6:47am my clock out time was 6:18am🤦🏾♀️ PLEASE fix the bugs.
Very easy app to use. They send you MULTIPLE reminders of shifts coming up so you will NEVER forget. Just wish the companies didn't cancel your shifts as much as they do. When that happens Intely has always attempted to find me a similar distant facility with similar pay. That's part of the game when you're agency though. Anytime I've contacted Intely they've always gotten back to me within 24 hours. I really enjoy working for them😁
Needs fixed with notifications overlapping other ones when you try to press dismiss there is another notification then another notification under that one with release shift or it will send a text saying you haven't clocked it yet and it's ten minutes before a shift even starts then when you pick up a shift you have to start all over and scroll to the bottom again each time your starting over again
