intercepTLS

Use intercepTLS to detect insecure networks that intercept your TLS connections. Such networks might be public (such as WIFI access points) or private (such as in companies).

Your measured data will be used for a research project in computer science. All uploaded data samples are strictly kept private according to our privacy agreement. We do not collect social data like your contacts, messages, call history, nor can we uniquely track you.

intercepTLS measures following:
• TLS handshake
• Network type
• Public IP
• DNS IP and MAC
• Default gateway IP and MAC
• WiFi SSID and BSSID
• Location with a precision of ±1.1km (opt-out)

This data is shared with our analysis server (opt-out).
