InterCity NZ Bus Tracker

I couldn't relate to any of the negative reviews other people have posted as the app did everything i needed and I didn't notice any errors or glitches. The bus tracker was accurate and was helpful to see how far away from my destination I currently am, the bus itself was clean and had charging outlets - super helpful, the bus driver was lovely and the seats are comfortable. I would definatly use this service again in the future 😊

I'm sure it works fine, but I cannot log in. It's keeps coming up with some error message. It seems they are aware of an Android 9 compatibility error. Hopefully it gets patched soon. For now, I've removed the app and will do things the old fashioned way.

This app is a great example of how intercity operates. If you would like to book a trip, it's easy. Once they have your money they could not careless. This app doesnt work, delays are not kept up to date. (Neither are the delays up to date on the website) Dont even bother downloading.

it is still an unstable app, no verification has been sent to the customer's email after registering. The UX/UI design of the menu is unclear as to which is available of use to offline users like checking the booking of the bus trip.

Does Intercity even read the comments? Just like many others I couldn't log in to the app, because they were unable to validate my login. Even though I just set it up. I think it's really bad service by intercity if they advertise the app, but it doesn't even work! 92 people out of 161 rated 1 star, sort out your app!

Usually I havent had any problems with the app but for the last 3 times I've tried to book tickets these last 2 months it says my kart has expired straight after selecting the tickets, no matter how many times I try to refresh.

The log in never works, it also asks for your membership number which is impossible to remember. It doesn't load properly and is generally a nightmare to navigate

App crashed while processing a trip took 160 out of my account and did not book my trip. Had to rebook with another $160. Was told that my original amount would be refunded in 24 hours, that was 5 days ago. Don't use the app.

How can Intercity not compute the difficulties many (most) users are having with this app? Clearly they don't understand their customer demographic, likely phone types, and basic functionality needs. Used to work, now "network error" as always. Hopeless.

Touted as a bus tracker and itinerary app, actually a mandatory rewards system sign up that doesn't actually let you sign in to use any of the advertised features.

What a waste of data. Reading through the reviews, it appears InterCity has no intention of addressing issues with its app or even responding to its customers. Says a lot about the company itself.

Absolutely useless ap. Have registered as required but can't log in. Installied & uninstalled several times same result. Only gave it 1 star so I could warn others not to waste their time. I only hope their buses function better.

Dont waste your time with this. It will be unable to validate your booking reference, and the same goes for the website if you are signed up for rewards, there will be no verification email sent so that you may verify your account, there will be no verification txt either. If you decide to say you forgot your password, it wont recognize you. You are better off signing in using the non members sign in area on the website.

Like many others: stuck in an infinity loop of error messages. Can resiger, can't log on, can't validate, can't change details. Just doesn't work for me.

great app at times. sometimes the map will show a completely different bus run. The "where's my bus - timetable" page doesn't show corrected estimated times if bus id not running on time

This app is terrible. Downloaded less than a minute ago and registered with my email + phone number, yet I'm having the same login error as everyone in the comments below.

Disappointing. Failed to Verify my login. tried 3 x. just failed to verify the login I JUST CREATED. and bus was late to airport.

After saying my registration was successful, it didn't let me log in, saying, "Sorry, we are unable to validate your Booking Reference. Please try again." Running Android 8.1.0

Wouldnt let me login with email and password i had set up. Emailed organisation. Lesz than helpful. Uninstalled and back to paper tickets.

Didn't get past the first page, it forced me to make a rewards account to sign in, and immediately refused to validate the account so that I could sign in
