Can't check in for flight, called got a busy signal, called again, waited 5 minutes, transferred and waited 30 minutes, then phone call was disconnected. The web app didn't work either. I checked in at the airport and CS said some times the app does not work. On the bright side leg room was great.
Worst Airline Application I have ever used and I travel frequently. I have been trying to use this app for 3 weeks and it never lets me login. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times and always the same problem. Anytime I try to click on any tab it tells me that the webpage is on vacation. My flight is in the morning now and this app has not been helpful at all.
do not leave the old boarding passes right next to current ones. if a boarding pass is already used, it should be put in a trash folder. also, do not download the boarding passes into an obscure folder. it should be downloaded go the phones default directory . lastly do not log users out automatically. if you do, when they get to the agent, they have to wait and hold up the line to log back in!
App doesn't work well. Does not display airport name using search and does not automatically display the availability of flights for your return date. You scroll right, select your return date again, select a fare type and price. The screen then changes and tells you that fare is unavailable. I will uninstall the app and book from a computer.
Wife and I, were hoping to use this app for our traveling instead of a travel agent and a middle man and extra fees at the airport. Not a good idea, The phone numbers do not work to Customer Service and the email for Customer Service also does not work. So we will stick with a travel agency and the extra fees at the airport. The app says infants fly free this is not true, you do have to pay a fee at the airport for your infant. Interjet is the better choice, than Areomexico or Volaris when flying
Customer Service needs to be definitely improved by them. I was on hold for 15 mins spoke to someone for 2 mins and was put on hold for another 40 minutes. Called again on hold for 20 minutes, spoke to someone that couldnt help me transferred me to a specialist lasted another 25 minutes. Unbelievable for being in the tourism business customers should be listened to.
Doesn't recognize my account and won't let me login. Also doesn't recognize my booking code for my reservation. Useless application. Not surprising given the inefficiency and poor performance of Interjet as a whole. Another airline and application to avoid when possible
The app does not allow configuration to set Canada as the default country to figure out flights from YVR (Vancouver Airport). It only allows USA currently.
Flight status would not find the flight using flight number and would not find a next day flight using destination. It would only deliver a borading pass to the app Passes and it didn't send my return boarding but outgoing boarding pass.
in general terms it works ok and that's it, the user's experience is bad, there's a lot of work regarding design, it's a little slow.
Estafadores. Ladrones. Son lo peor. Cancelan vuelos, no contestan a emails ni al telefono. No devuelven el dinero. Thieves. The worst. They cancel flights, don't answer to emails or to phone calls. They don't return the money paid..
It never works properly. Impossible to check-in on the first attempt and cannot download the boarding passes.
They cancel my ticket without letting me know. And till this date I still have not heard a peep from them. I tried calling 📞 and all phone numbers of this company have been disconnected
Confirmation code doesn't work. Tried the desktop check-in through web, didn't work either. This airline definitely has problems.
I can't login. I've checked my password and logged in using my pc. But just can't do it through the app.
THE WORST, it never worked this is the 5th time it never works, customer service is horrid. no one really knows what goes on. they all have the same useless generic answers.
Really behind other world airlines in terms of UI and many bugs such as the incorrect cities listed under airport codes in multi-city itineraries.
Horrible, can never get a response to US sales number or the chat box or emails. Will never buy/fly with them again.
Works very well Have used it many times to book flights and everything has gone smoothly.

Needs help with calendar. When there are not dates available black them out I've seen NAN... most people wont know what that mean if u do t speak spanish. Needs to be most user friendly
The best app!!!!! I love it. Very easy to use and makes traveling easier.
Application is unwieldy. I get no confirmation when I check in and the check in button is always active, even when after I check in.
Worst app and Airline company, I have a open ticket I want to check status and the app sent error message.

I can't even download the stupid app. Web version isn't talking my booking number, and this damn app won't even download.
Do not use interjet. I almost never leave bad reviews, but these guys' service is beyond terrible. Constantly changed my flights, to something insanely inconvenient or impossible, then would not even offer an option to help with a hotel stay I was going to need as a result of their spontaneous changes. On the phone for days trying to get in contact with 1 of their reps, only to get disconnected 5 minutes into the conversation, while on hold. Never again.
