How I'm supposed to conduct business with this app is beyond me. Does not give me voicemails till days after. Anytime I try and have a conversation on it it crashes and disconnects from the person. Crappy crappy software. You now make Ring Central look good. Update 6/23/2020 And now the app answers calls and immediately hangs up on the person.

I decided to use it over the holiday season since we are closed. This app does not work. You can't make a phone call. You don't receive phone calls. You don't receive voicemails. Not sure what is the purpose of this app. How many years it is going to take Intermedia to fix it? Thanks

Just...wow. I can't believe that Intermedia charges for a softphone and then THIS app is their means of providing it. It's so unpolished and unreliable. Never even gets past Registering whether on wifi or mobile data. Do you guys not care that you have a 1.9 star app with your name on it? I'm not comfortable recommending softphone to our partner accounts because of this app.

Has completely messed up my phone. It does not go on hold when a call comes through my phone. It combines both calls. The reject button does not work. It keeps the app and my phone open for hours. I have to restart my phone literally every time I get a call. I liked the older version of the app. The worst app I have ever had and on top of that paying for it every month.

Garbage app. UI is a mess. Looks like it hasn't been updated since Android 4.0. Doesn't work on 7.0 iOS app is way better.
