Loved the old app, new update horrible!!! Couldn't even complete a transaction.
They have new expensive fees and they pay to cheaper the money transfer.. Go somewhere else!!
This site is horrible, your transactions work when they want it to. The system will reject your transaction for no reason at all. And all of my information is the same 🤷🏽♀️ I feel like my business is not good enough for your company
Decent app, terrible experience!! They will hold your funds if your legal name is not on the email that you use for registration. hackers most love this app!! Obviously they tell you this after they get your personal info, bank acc and debit card included. Very irresponsible the way they handle documents. Your legal documents in an email that most have your legal name in it? 😤 Summary: if identify theft concern you, this app has many vulnerabilities, and propensity to put your name at risk.
Like it until it quite it won't even connect and when it does and you put your password it sends a code by tx and when you go to retrieve your code it goes back to the beginning
The app wont open
I like the intermex service but the app or even if I use Google it takes forever just to login, if this continues I think I'm gonna switch service.
I really regret downloading this app because I been sending money to friends or family members. from there's admiration office said that i only have to send money to my family members really what kind company works like that . Really bad service.
Worst app EVER!!!!!! It NEVER works when I need it to work!! If I can give this app a ZERO I would but we don't have that option...
The service is to expensive for $15. Dollars I can send $3000. To my country in the store across the street
Worst company ever! My name wasn't on the email so they cancelled my transactions and are holding on to my money! I proved i am me by sending my id thru the same email that they say doesnt belong to me & that wasnt enough, i sent my marriage license to prove my last name & that wasnt enough. Now my money is held up because they say my email was created today, per their information, yet my email was created in 2015. Then they said i sent to much money to my family which is also suspicious. Wow!

Intermex is a loser. The application that they use as the backbone of their business is buggy, designed using a client server approach, and leaves transactions hanging. I am surprised people actually receive their money. The management is sleazy, dishonest and self serving. Last year, the CIO got in a serious accident, and the pathetic, loser COO fired him!! Then the loser COO brought in his friend who had personality and confidence issues. Just a rude A hole. Now, to the application. The loser COO demanded an application last January. It still has not been built because the company. They still do not have it, as the team working on it is a bunch of losers.
