So helpfull for loosing weight, if you want to continue after 14 days, you can! You just have to restart a new 14 days program and your precedent program will be saved so you won't lose your progress . The only thing that have to be modified in my opinion is the fasting time, sometimes you fast more or less than your program but you can't register it so I think that It'll be nice to modify it for the next uploading .

This app has nice graphics and this is all that I can say about it. The free version only offeres a basic clock plus a basic calendar and that's it. The premium version is expensive and offeres only some recipies and a little bit more. Not worthed in my opinion. There are other apps out there offering more.

The interval period is fixed for all days.. i would have preferred to have the ability to change it as i want to increase the fasting period gradually without losing the data that shows me how my progress was throughout the week. otherwise I really like this app.

It's qute good, however, not without glitches. Every day I set measurement units to Metrics, but it is rolled back to US. The Close button is inconvinient. It should work not only on a direct tap, but on standard navigation "back" control also.

The app worked well for one solid day. It stopped notifying me about fasting & non start & end times. Ive tried resetting it but does not work. App notification does not work but everything else is ok. Id give it thumbs down, but lets see if they fix it.

Add more free items and it might be worth it. I don't want just a count down. I'd also add the option for pounds and feet instead of Kg and cm. it would be helpful for those of us based in the States using the app.

The app worked fine for 2 days and then on the 3rd day it said login error, please contact support. I tried to sign in using my email and password, but it still didn't work. I uninstalled the app and downloaded it again, still it's same. Finally I deleted it.

While I like the app in that it has a potential to be the best IF app, I feel it could be better if it can have the ability for one to adjust or set the times for all 14 days in advance; to allow one to reset the pictures; and to also plan for more than 14 days..

I like the app. But very few options in free mode. Otherwise, 5 stars were a must to this app. Please please allow few features in free mode. Not everyone can pay to avail. But, it is the best app for measuring your fasting and eating time.

Great start, but needs work. You cant edit your info if you make a mistake, it closes the day before midnight. It only takes your wt at the beginning, at 7 days and at 14. Its really just a reminder clock at this point

This is a great app but I wish there were a way to start and stop the clock randomly as there are times I do fast for 16 hours instead of 15 but there is no way to show it. Also not crazy about having to start over after 14 days.
