It is so frustrating to log in for test results or to email a doctor and all you get when you click the My Health link is a white screen. I have installed the My Health + app as recommended by this app but that one doesn't work much better. Soooo frustrating when I just need to send a quick message or want to check my (or my childrens) labs without calling the doctors office. Please fix this ASAP!!!
Terrible app, doesn't work, like most of IHCs apps. Epic does a much better job with MyChart and never had a problem. Too bad IHC didn't pick it up when they had the chance. Hopefully they can fix this and improve it.
The app freezes all the time. It's impossible to navigate. Half the links in the app don't even function. Depending on your insurance plan you're required to install and use it, but good luck with it working right.
Great idea and great service when it works; however, now the app stalls after trying to log in and what's worse is trying to send an email to support and getting it bounced back as "no such address"
Used to be fantastic so I could access the MyHealth portal, allowing me to contact my provider and check on appointments and other info. Now it hangs constantly and almost never works. Hopefully it can get fixed!
The app doesn't work anymore. After I login, it shows a white screen and I can't view any doctors notes or lab tests. Please fix this app.
I have not been able to log in on this app, a my health app, or even on their website. Even their IT email is spelled incorrectly. Please fix, i want to see my records.
I have had an account for years. Now I cannot use the IHC app. I sign in and the screen goes blank. On my PC, trying to pay a bill, it does not recognize my account.
Worked last month, a bit slow but I was able to send message to my doctor instead of calling the office. Will not work now, it gets stuck after trying to log in.
Useless app. I get a blank screen and no information. I just want to see my results. I was hoping it was fixed from last time I tried to use it, nope. Deleting it yet again.
Used to be great to see wait times for local Instacares and get in line. Now that doesn't work at all. Why have the app if it doesn't work?

Does not let me log in anymore. It tells me there is an unknown error. The site works fine though just not the app. Please fix.
Interesting that bill pay works just fine but all you get when attempting to look up lab results, etc is a blank page
Once was great now a waste of space. When you log in all you get is a white screen.
Same as everyone else, used to work great now when I click my health I just get a blank white screen.
The app doesn't work when you need it to. It isn't easy to use and is hard to navigate.

go to the intermountain my health app its new and I trial but works way better than this one that won't even let me log in anymore.

App used to work some of the time, now it doesn't work at all. Even trying to log in on the computer doesn't work anymore. Cleared cached, cookies, etc and problem persists. Really frustrating when trying to gather simple health info like blood pressure, labs, etc. Now I will have to contact medical records and waste their time and mine.
