I haven't been able to open the app for the past 3 weeks when I've tried to refill my scripts. Not very useful when that's the whole point of the app. I've uninstalled and reinstalled and still won't work.
Works great! But I don't see why they don't have an option to unlock it with fingerprint. They have an option to keep you signed in. So you don't have to put the password in each time. Why not sign in with fingerprint?
I've had zero problems with this app. It's so much more convenient that calling in. 5 stars definitely :)

Overall good. As doc calls in fresh prescription meds duplicate. Soon have several duplicates

This app is useless. You would think that IHC has the resources to hire competent developers. Data isn't current and email confirmation don't work
Nothing is perfect. But this has come fairly close. My only issue is that it won't scan my bottles. But once I went through the trouble to manually enter the numbers, it has been great! I have not experienced any other issues as of late. I love the fact I can set refill reminders!
I'm a developer at Intermountain. If I wrote software that functioned this poorly, I'd get fired. Seriously, the only way to enter birthdate is to scroll through EVERY month from 1980 to 1957. Like I have all day to enter a friggin date.
Once I got past the force closes and connection issues, it's a great app. Easiest refill ever! Helpful reminders. Recommended.
The app worked fine for the last year. Now it will not connect. It errors every time I try to open it.
Every other time I try to order prescription refills, the app says there is a problem and I am unable to get my refills. Contacting IHC by email or phone to find out what the issue is has been a joke.
