Very poor App in terms of performance. Process flow is very efficient. Once it is performing well over network, filing claim is breeze. But it seldom connects with network.
Can't autofill or paste password. What year is this? This is such a basic it feature, it's embarrassing that Aetna doesn't have by now. Additionally, it is a security risk because I have to either make a weak password that I can remember, or temporarily expose my password.
Updated 9/15/21--i can now take pictures, but as I fill out the summary of treatment it tells me I need to correct the address and that I cant use special characters. There are no special characters being used other than a number. What is the point of this app??
The contact us feature doesn't work and continuously gives an error "an error occurred, please try again later". And ever "later" the same error occurs.
I would give zero stars if I could. I shouldn't even need to use the app, but the website does not work in at least 3 browsers to submit a claim. The app is just as bad. Absolute trash.
It's so bad, it won't even let me sign in. It says i have no internet connection when i do. Surely something better can be created so that it is actually usable.
the app crashes just by going into submit claims. the purpose of downloading this is mainly to have a convenient way to manage claims but this app doesn't serve its purpose at all.

Allows uploading receipts by taking pictures only. Would be sensible to give upload options from the phone storage such.

Some of countries are missing need development and update
This app is unusable, as submitting a claim takes ages to load between steps and not all stored info is prefilled.

Login Issue. The login credentials work with the website but not with the app. Looks like a very old problem, not fixed so far.
All around a really terrible app. Doesn't allow autofill of username and password, or fingprint password (what year are we in). From the UI it doesn't look like it's been updated since the first smartphone. The user experience is all around bad. Freezes and crashes, gives you false errors (invalid characters if they have none). Allows you to take a picture but not pull from a file of your saved photos which is strange. Oh and did I see that it randomly crashes?
