Extremely slow app (opening it takes forever, in case of an urgent need for emergency numbers, it would be useless). The process to enter travel details is heavy and not at all user friendly. It would be good to automatically recognise the flight details with the flight number, include an option for connecting flights, not showing train stations when you're adding flight departure/destination...

This app used to work earlier, now the app upon installation does not load at all... It stuck at 'an error occurred restart the app' and email us screen... I tried installing it in 2 devices, and I see the same problem. It's a shame the app does not even load. I tried re-installing, force stopping it, clearing it's cache, but nothing worked.

Just recently when launching the app it is stuck asking me to update the app making the app unusable. When I click the link it takes me to the Android app store where it says I already have the latest version of the app. Every 6 months there is a new problem with the app. I am trusting international SOS to get me out of problems not into them. Does not inspire confidence.

Really bad onboarding experience. The email registration keeps missing out characters in the email. The mobile number OTP authorization is not working. Can't even register on the app. Difficult to imagine this would be the go to app for emergencies.

Broken app. Registration process is very hard, the edit fields not configured properly so entering email address is a nightmare. After passing through it, the registration link sent to email addres is immediately expired. The worst user experience ever...

Helluva lot of data collected by this app, yet despite reading the applicable data protection policies, I don't have a clue what is done with it, or by whom. Lots of words used... no info given, deliberately I think. Your data can be "transferred to subscribers" but doesn't say who that is, or what they do. Deliberately vague policies like these smell fishy. Why register? Why have OTP to confirm phone number? Why have to say how often you travel? Data harvesting that's why. Uninstalled.

Installed the app, updated the app, open it and says I need to update it. Link to google play, where it says app is uodated. Cannot believe there are still apps working this bad. Imagine having an emergency and being stuck in this loop.

This app used to work, but now gets stuck after I enter my password. Waited for several minutes, restarted the login process, tried to reinstall the app - nothing helps. Tried with different WiFis and mobile data, same issue. Tried on different countries, same issue. Any suggestions how to resolve this issue? Thanks

Not very helpful. Login is problematic. It keeps asking me to update yet when I go to the playstore it indicates I have the latest version and no new update is available. But then it won't open until I update it.

It was working fine at first. But out of know where, in the middle of my trip, it signed me out. I tried to sign in (by pressing the get started button) but it just gave me a blue screen and nothing else. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, cleared it's cache as well, but it still didn't work. This has been going on for a week now. The application kinda defeats the purpose of being an "assistance" app when it does this. Overall, I'm disappointed in this app. This bug should be fixed.👎

More annoying than useful. University requires us to use this thing for study abroad, otherwise I never would. Be prepared to get alerts all day. Sleeping soundly at 3am on the east coast with no travel plans for two months? Whoa! Watch out! There's a traffic jam in Omaha Nebraska! What? You don't want to get notifications every two minutes about places you aren't ever going? No, sorry, no turn off option. Deal with it. 0/999 stars.

Very slow to load. Stability issues. Keeps asking again and again if i agree to terms and conditions. High friction when trying to use this app and it grates on me. I must use it for work, I just wish it wasn't such a pain to use. Tried the updated version (Feb 2020) Won't load, just crashes. After clearing all cache and data, won't login. Quality seems to be worse than before.

Used it for years as a corporate service. Installed it in a new phone and the app is unstable. Reinstalling did not help. Keeps crashing. Had to uninstall it. Tried it after 1 year again. Same results. Manged to log in but the app is unstable, parts of the app dysfunctional. I understand it is a paid service for the corporate world.

This is supposed to be an app to assist people in international travels. Why do they make using the app so hard -- ridiculous rules in passwords, cannot be used in rooted phones, and cannot use the app if you don't install updates.

App keeps on crashing uninstalling and been waiting for 10min and it is still trying to download. Wonder what would happen the day I really need the app... App is getting worse... Now asking to update app and redirect to Play Store where is app is already updated. In circles we go...

I used my personal email to register, then found out that's not allowed. Now, I can't use the app or change the email.

This app provides very useful information specially for travel but it's also valuable for local emergencies/events. But in several occasions I was never notified of new alerts in the app while other times I receive a notification but the app won't open (due to servers being overloaded?). Reliability must be improved in order to make this a proper 5 star app. The UI could do with a refresh and simplification as well .

Like many others have stated, the app hangs on the main screen and prompts users to update the app even if it's already updated.

Unlimited crashes no matter how many times I try to open it. Samsung S10+. Previously was working fine. When I read the other feedbacks, it's clear I'm not the only one. It's difficult to understand why such a simple app can have a so terrible stability issue. Last update didn't solved this yet.

If you make a mistake in registering your email, there is no way to fix it. Even deleted the app and re-installed it. So, just going to delete the app permanently.

Same as everyone else. I'm on a Google Pixel 2 with the latest Android OS. App crashes immediately or very quickly, doesn't work, doesn't recognize my corporate login credentials, doesn't recognize my corporate email domain so I can't re-register, and the country choice drop down menu during registration also just flat out doesn't work. Considering our company of 14,000 staff depend on this app, this is pretty terrible.

Great service but absolutely terrible app. UI is very dated and incredibly slow to load, country information requires internet connection and can't be downloaded for offline access, plus I have to accept the terms and conditions every time I open the app. Really not up to scratch for a paid and expensive professional service.

The App is very reliable and giving proper updates on many issues, security and medical which guides my travels.

Have upgraded the iSOS app, after uninstalling it and reloading. It opens up, but when I enter our membership number it puts up an Alert window with the message "Unfortunately an error occurred, please try again". But the error keeps on happening. Not good enough!

Feeds on Neurotic's plays on paranoia. There is a traffic jam. Big alert avoid the region. Don't go to the city... Same if the bus drivers strike or the trains don't run. IF the app even opens. Which mostly it crashes on launch following the alert. Alerts are pretty much normal day to day life in the real world and there is no filter to stop traffic jam panic alarms. If you have a neurosis and/or are paranoid. This is the perfect app for you as having been alerted, you can't find any detail

Mixed feelings. For such an important App it's ridiculous that it doesn't start up for 1-2 seconds after touching the icon. Once it's started the App navigates sluggishly. Apart from the speed the app provides great information.
