I mean I really like this bank, I really do there is a lot of positive things about this bank, but they have one really big down fall to me, they seem to be one of the only banks I know of that won't let you connect your card to your phone, they're not compatible with any damn thing, its 2019 already. It sounds irrelevant but a lot of times I forget my wallet or my card be so used up that I cant use it and Alta Vista will take a week or two to send you a new card.
This app always has issues. As of now it stays on a blank white screen just as many times before. This is just the application to this credit union never mind the acrual bank, they're a whole different nightmare. Go elsewhere for a credit union, as I am.
App works great. Remote deposit is super convenient and I've never had any issues with it. I also like the transfer features.
I love the balance peak feature. It makes at so easy to see your balance quickly without signing in.
Thanks for the heads up on the new app Alta Vista! It only took me multiple days of attempting to access my money and and a phone call to your customer support to discover you guys released a brand new app.

When I go to log in it gives me security questions I didn't answer. This is so frustrating!!!
Sofar, the service has been VERY EXCELLENT and the service on the app is useful and Exceptionally easy.

It was and is a pleasant experience to be a customer at Alta Vista. The reception and pleasantries during interaction is fantastic. The bankers are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to assist with any problems with the account with the customer interest their main focus. I truly enjoy my Credit Union and definitely refer them to creditable people I know.
