Times out or crashes all the time. Annoying when I want to keep an eye on my daughter while she's napping. I can't even take a quick shower without it closing, requiring me to get out and log back in again. Update: took it down to one star because now it says camera is offline. I have restarted my phone, the camera, and the link. I can't even get it open for 5 seconds to check on her. I'm done with this brand!
Use to work when it was New !!! Now the site doesn't even allow download for android and the app don't update. I have the correct email and password because when I made the account I wrote it on the instructions book just in case !!! But apparently the email and password is wrong lol ... not possible at all never changed it because we wanted to keep it easy
The only app for their camera they have turned off the app requiring you to buy an expensive dedicated handheld device. In other words you can no longer use the cam for viewing/using with your phone, Their device can only be used in the next room. This is extortion.
TERRIBLE camera, useless app. DO NOT BUY THIS OVERPRICED HUNK OF TRASH!!! 2 years in, its falling apart, the touch screen is glitching out, the wifi app doesnt work, useless.
after creating an account and rechecking my password and email this app still tells me I have an incorrect password. No. I don't. Will be returning this camera for a full refund.
I bought this device almost a year ago and I still can't even make an account to sign up. Buyer beware!!! They have no problem taking money from babies and mothers but give you a useless device because they just want your money but won't pay anyone to fix their BS app. embarrassing company. At least now I can avoid this brand completely.
This app never worked for me I have the camera it sais to download this app. Keeps telling me my password is wrong but if I go on the Web site my password works so stupid this Summer product is a big money wast
App works only with android 4... seems the developer is not even bothered to update the app.. the web version of this app runs on flash!!! Lol

I can't log in, keeps saying my log in info is incorrect yet I can log in on the computer fine. Doesn't work.

I don't know how this app is even available. Someone at Summer should've realized it's tarnishing whatever reputation they still have. So many issues. I somehow got it working on my old phone after a lot of fiddling but can't get it working on my new phone. Says login/password incorrect and sends me to the website, where I can login perfectly fine with the same credentials. Go figure. Support (hah!) is useless and unresponsive. Don't sell a product with a WiFi feature that you can't support!
