It doesn't block any app from using internet at all. I don't understand why i still kept it in my phone. MIUI gives an option to stop apps from using internet and block all access and permissions. I don't know what other UI provides the same. But I am using stock Android oreo and it has no way blocking apps from using internet. That's why I downloaded this app... But it doesn't do anything at all.....

Not working properly, if i lock network connection some apps connect automatically.. add is disturbing Add is comming also in Network locked apps

It does not block internet of the app in my rooted phone. It is Redmi note 4g running on Android 6.0.1 cynagenmod
