Please add a "Very High" MIX setting where the radio is much louder during intercom with passenger, with the current mode the background music is too inaudible. Alteratively let the volume sliders for the FM or AUX also work during intercom with passenger so we can decide the levels for ourselves.Include the option to disable auto leveling of the background music during intercom talk and let us select the sound levels we want during intercom for both talk and background music via sliders.
It's ok. You can change individual volumes for Navigation, Voice and Music. Plus some other settings can be changed. Menu is quite outdated, but not terrible.
After latest interphone sport firmware update 147, app can no longer find my paired Bluetooth interphone with my phone and keeps asking to pair them.
Interphone (Active) Connect will not connect to thus app (on Samsung) even thou phone paired and nav, music eta run ok. Duff App or gave Interphone not bothered with the (new) Active Connect device?
Excellent app. I only wish the battery level indicator was a percentage instead of a simple useless icon.
Will not work on Samsung A70, app installs but wont open any section or connect to device.

Not good dose not stay connected to head set if you link to any other head set. Even the paired one the came with it
Downloaded app after checking it was compatible with my Tour headset. Worked first time. People slating it for not working with devices it says it doesn't work with are just plain stupid (common sense doesn't appear to be very commonly found)
Works perfectly. I don't understand why people are giving it poor ratings because it doesn't work with old F5 devices since it is not advertised to.
After update to latest firmware phone app is unable to connect, just informs Bluetooth not connected yet i am able to stream from spotify!? I have uninstalled & re paired units but nothing helps. Using Galaxy s7 with all the lastest updates. Edit: sent a support request to their email, no response. Avoid this company.

Perfect for me. I ve set the sport intercom only through the app. It is the only staf that you need for setting.

Won't connect to F5MC. I have read that it is only compatible with new products.....you should make it compatible. My biggest complain about interphone is they are such a small segment of the market and it is difficult to connect to the more popular brands. You should really go above and beyond tomake your devices better and retain your cyatomers. This app was my last effort to simplify connections with all my Sena friends :(

Trying to contact you by support-email for 2,5 month now and only got 1 reply (after poking on facebook and twitter). After that no response at all...waiting for a month now and also poked on facebook and twitter...
Got it for my interphone sport but it keeps saying I need to update the headset even though I have to the latest version. Not sure what's going on but please sort this out
The app options from when having a Sport intercom connected have disappeared for Avant (no more Full-Face or Jet helmet selection, no more audio volume sliders available for all sources). The audio quality of the Avant is now subpar compared to Sport. Customer support is not replying by email, or when it does, they don't answer your questions....
