I love my app, I live pretty far from the nearest Interra Credit Union branch. The app makes it easier to manage my account.

Worked fine until the recent updates, after update it wouldn't let me transfer funds between my accounts without app crashing. Now after the most recent update, I can't even log in without it crashing.

Awful changes to the app. Especially for my business account with you. It's a nightmare trying to look up anything relating to my credit card. There's no actual statement balance listed anymore, just the current balance. I also used to be able to view the statement online as well as my paper copies. I really need both of them, not just one or the other. Most importantly, the statement balance needs to be listed out and easily accessible. Poor planning and design on the new app.

I love it ! It's great to have it work on my cell phone. I use the double verification process each time with new texted authorization each time for best security. I decline any and all offers to have my phone or Google save the passwords. I like the options of choosing the streamlined Android access version to see my account and Bill Pay or if I want the desktop layout with greater detail I can do that ! I'm able to search pass paid bills with Bill pay and can see what has actually cleared !

Love this new update to the app!!! The last year and half have been a struggle with app not working and alot of you guys tried and tried to fix, but wasn't able to. This new version is 👌. My transactions finally show up and ALL my accounts are finally showing. Before I had to wait 3 days for any activity to show, including my direct deposits, making transfers difficult to make on time. But now I can finally transfer right away. Great job with this one 👏.

This app is no longer reliable as it always freezes at the loading screen. Hope it's fixed soon! I've seen other user comments that indicate the same issue. The app has only recently started doing this, and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

This app use to work great. had all the tools I needed to manage my account from my mobile device, but recently I cant even access my account. Not sure if this is an app issue or server issue that the app runs from, but I'm probably gonna be switching banks over this because it's quite annoying dealing with all this.

As everything I've done with interra ... the app is as excillent as the workers & the bank is on efficiantcy and ease

Everytime I try to make a mobile deposite it's crashes the app and doesn't work. It's been doing this for months 4 months at least. Super annoying and they won't fix it.

I really appreciate the ability to check my transactions and balances while on the go. The mobile app feels intuitive and easy to navigate, while still providing all of the features of the desktop online banking. This app is a win for me! Thanks Interra

I used to really like this app.. now it's been a pain to use and frustrating. it loads very slow if at all. have to reset everything all the time. when I make transfers it gets changed back so I never know what's in what account unless I go to the actual site.. its annoying.

app has been fine till recently. running latest android pie and now freezes during authentication. uninstall and reinstall makes it work one time. then back to the pin wheeling loop next time around. cmon guys this is bad, Please fix edit. seems if tou go into the app settings witjin amdroid and then storage and clear the appa cache it works again. till next time...

No longer works after the first login. when attempting to log in the second time after a fresh install the app freezes on the loading screen. It's a pain to have to redownload the app and go through phone registration every time you need to check your balance or transfer money.

so app worked 5 star perfectly until about a month or two ago. app just doesn't let me sign in. nothing even shows up it just gives me the loading sign for maybe a half second then straight back to the login screen. really would like this app to work because I use it for basically everything having to do with money transfers. please help

Since the last phone update, I have been unable to use the app. I either get a pop up saying give feedback or I get a pop up that says close the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn't help. I have uninstalled the app with no intention of reinstalling it.

The new update is has a much better menu navigation. Had to call for a member number but it was less than a 5 minute call. Making transfers is significantly easier to navigate as well.

Interra's app is a clean and easy to navigate mobile version of their desktop site. I've never had any stability issues with the app. Definitely would recommend.

I can get it to log on occasionally, but tried multiple times in the past month and probably actually went past loading screen 5 times. app used to be awesome and convenient, not so much anymore.... 1 star. if fixed I'll fix my rating

The UI is clunky and slow, mobile check deposit isn't on Android yet, and transferring money between accounts is unintuitive. This app needs a major overhaul.

good app, bad follow thru with service. A car loan they suddenly claimed that a bank could not wire $ to another bank so we must drive 6 hrs each way. They closed on my house being sold nearly 3 years ago. still my credit report says OPEN I owe $83,000? How do they function? Why ignore customers?

It's ok. I have had it for years and when it works, it's fine. I have had to uninstall and reinstall quite a bit over the years and sometimes it'll just go through a period of login issues. It's bareable.

I literally love this app so much. I never have to stress about having enough in my checking account because it is super easy to log in and check and move money around if I need to. It has saved me from overdrawing so many times. I highly recommend this app!

App was great. Now the new update changed everything. Terrible user interface and the password requirements are ridiculous. Asking for way longer than they ever have before.

I have been with Interra credit union for over ten years. There is no other bank or credit union I would rather be with. Very friendly and helpful staff. Account security is outstanding! In my opinion, there is none better than Interra Credit Union.
