Hi, I signed up 3 weeks ago and have been trying to leave the site. I had to prepay the service for 3 months. I am will to lose the 3 months prepayment as penalty I only want off this site. There is no one to contact and they make it nearly impossible to cancel your subscription. I have sent 4 letters trying to cancel my subscription with zero response. This is all intention forcing you to keep renewing. If anyone can help please let me know. Mark
Honestly.... you just see the same profiles every day and no one actually responds to your messages. The mobile app and the desktop website function completely differently, which is horrible. Also, the app kept changing my profile information to misrepresent me. This app does not encourage matching nor conversation. Customer service is also non-existent. If they say anything about free "boosts" they are lying. Go somewhere else if you want to actually meet sane but cool people.
Keep getting "check internet connection and try again" when I try to log into the app. Yet, I can log in with my Chrome browser with no problem. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 on AT&T network. VERY DISAPPOINTED this app does not work.
Disappointed this app seemed like it would be perfect went through all the steps to download it and sign up but you have to pay if you want to show interest in anyone or message anyone so much for free app not going to pay money or something I'm not sure of it's going to work for me very little can you do on this app without having to pay
After 3 days of subscription, I was disconnected. I was only able to communicate for 3 days. It Keeps telling me to check my data. I am convinced is on purpose. Terrible because I have not disconnected my data.
Contact number was hard to find,I wanted more information.After looking all over for contact information saw disclaimer that read "If you contact us directly through your bank for a refund we will have no other choice but to block your profile permanently". That sounds like a threat and I haven't even sign up yet. . . I'm sure I've changed mind. I'll pass.

Even if you match you still can send a message unless you pay for premium, which is 40 dollars a month

This app is very useless, from Thursday it's telling me same things I cant check my masseges or chat
I live in East TN and the matches they show are in California, Texas, etc. Many miles away. How are you supposed to date someone and really get to know them without getting to visit and go places. In my opinion, that's too far away. And they have technical issues with the messages you send. When you delete a mistake it doesn't delete it when you try to delete it; it puts the deleted part at the first of your paragraph where it doesn't make sense. Worst app ever! Needs a lot of work.
