counties (Georgia, USA).
Interstate Credit Union was chartered in 1968 by a group of employees from Interstate Paper LLC in Riceboro, Georgia. Our company was only able to serve employees of Interstate Paper LLC and we did so from a shoebox at John and Emma Jean Boatwright’s house in Jesup, Georgia.
Since then, we have merged with Appling Citizens Federal Credit Union and Wayne Teachers Credit Union and have opened four branch locations, Jesup, Baxley, Midway, and Hazlehurst.

It wont let me log in because of a new update but every time i try and update it get to 100% then drops back down to 25% and wont update. So im unable to log in at all.
Ever since update the APP is constantly crashing and half the time won't ever pull up. Super aggravating
The app keeps me reassured that my is safe in the bank, I'm able to make alerts from the ICU Online Banking website. To alert me when money has been subtracted from my account over what I have set it to alert me at.
Its a shot in the dark as to whether or not the app will open after update. Not happy.
This new update is horrible. For whatever reason it won't load completely. I've had to uninstall and reinstall twice and it still won't work. I'm currently accessing my account from my web browser and the purpose of the app was for faster access... What's the point in the app if it won't work. This needs to be fixed immediately! I love my bank but the app is terrible. It was awesome before the latest update.
Great app to navigate thru and is always ready to access my information.

This app is the worst banking app I've ever used. Constantly invalidating my information even if it's correct. Will not let you sign in if it's having this invalidating error. (with correct login info entered). I've been locked out of this app so many times due to this error, it's frustrating. I've been with them for 3yrs and no improvements. I'm done as a customer starting next month.
App refuses to open for some reason and has been like this for several days. I've uninstalled and installed it several times and no change. Customer service just doesn't answer phones either. I have a suspicion that whoever is in charge of this app is incompetent.
This update is stupid. It worked fine before and now it won't even load. Why?
The app just doesn't work anymore. With the most recent update came an error message that won't allow me to get the point of logging in. I have deleted and re-downloaded the app countless times.
Everything is grey. Cant click on anything. Useless Update 3/14/21: this app is useless. It logs your out with no chance of recovering anything. Username and password can't be validated. Update 5/21/21.. "an error has occurred please call for assistance" shows up at least every other time I try to log in..
Everytime try logging into the App it said it is experiencing intermittent connection issues. All other apps on phone working correctly so I know not an issue on my end. This has been going on for 2 days.
It's nice to be able to do your routine banking, bill-paying, transfers and whatnot all online, and not have to drive to the bank. It's a very user-friendly app.
Super easy to use. Has periods, mostly at night, when it shuts down to process the day's occurences.

Login info only lasts a couple weeks. Then you are unable to login, and unable to reset your password. You have to call a branch just to set it back up. Only to do it all again in a couple weeks.
Whatever interstate changed needs to be changed back! This app use to work great..now it's almost useless because it hardly ever works correctly.
Its really easy to use. But as of today it erased all my login in info even tho it was saved. Now I can't login and will have to call to find out what is going on.
I have been with ICU for about 10 years. I have never had any problems with any of the employees and have always been treated like family. They are the ABSOLUTE BEST! If I have any problems signing in (usually because I forgot my password) They are always there to help.
Absolutely love the app now. They have definitely made all the correct changes from when i had it atleast a year ago. Great Job! Use this app daily.
Out of all the banks ive ever had bye far this is the best Bank ive ever had the staff are so wonderful and kind here always helpful when i call or come up in person they even helped me set up my card for text alerts .
Was working fine until this morning now I can't login cant recover user ID or anything. Cant do anything. And I've only had the app for a week.
It was working fine...and rhen they updated and i had to redo it and then worked fine for months now it want let me log n at all it says loading....and thats all it does...
Was working great then stopped and now its seems like an act of congress to get it set back up and going! Very frustrating!

easy app to use...quick access to all my accounts and can see what is going on. very user friendly.

03/17/22: App will not open after an upsate. Getting message that some policy was violated and is shurting down. 03/22/21: Everything is functional. Only gripe I have is in the setup process. Other than that, I can do all that I need to in the app regarding my accounts.
