Takes forever to load information. Sit and watch the pretty circles spin instead of getting your business taken care of. Never shows current load. It is like bumbling around in a dark closet.. feeling your way around to get what you need. Hate the babysitter feature.
Would be easier if all macros were in one place instead of having to go into messages for some and into loads for others. I'm getting the hang of it though. Maybe should think about having a class at each terminal to show drivers how and where different things are and work.
I have a Qualcomm that never works except for logs. This has made mine and my Fleet manager's life much easier.
Junk, need to put scanner back in truck, can not get load info for 2 week, signed in and out more times than I can count, uninstalling and reinstalling app about 7 times. I
Not able to get messages, use to work but not any more. I did check for and update but still the same problem with the messages
I love being able to scan my trips as soon as I'm done with them. I'm just new to the company so I'm just getting used to using the app but so far so good.
Given the loads to many times, and I don't like that it won't work if it thinks you're driving was checking on ppl with wife driving car and I couldn't see the info
For those who can't receive messages if you are a team driver only driver 1 can get the msg I was told they are working on it
Man this application is off the hook!!!I only wish you could tell what order the newest message or work order came in first. Like the time and date it was sent because if they send multiple work order or message at the same time you don't know which is the first one lol at least that's what it is for me. But other than that I love it. It makes running your business so much easier than using that Qualcomm which I hate lol but I'm glad they came out with this application anyway.
Photo/scan portion is awful. I have to rescan about 1/2 all loads sent. There are no features to adjust photo quality, unlike many other bill scanning apps.
Instant bill scanning makes paperwork so much less tedious. Great for receiving msgs away from truck, like when you actually want to shower or sit-down in a restraunt and eat instead of being a slave to the Qualcomm waiting on that ever so important reply from dispatch
Love this app love the scanner and overall easier than using qualicom to accept loads drop trailers etc great job guys keep up the good work. Peter all the macros are there trailers empty loaded etc on your loads click accept theres your macro 19
Easier to send messages and macros, and replies from dispatch are almost instantaneous. Even quicker when you use it in conjunction with Qualcomm, like two linked computer screens.
The only thing it's missing is a navigation function with fuel stops.
This App makes my job much easier. It allows me to manage my time by not having to toggle around the Qualcomm System and waiting for it to update/load the screen. The information I need is right at my fingertips!
I would have given it 5 stars but I can't accept and confirm loads on it. It lacks macro 19
It works great let's me walk away from truck and not have to worry.
Scanning is great. Slow in moving threw acceptance and progress. Keeps going into network error.
Needs a update. Can't get load info. Said it has a network error. Need to be fixed. Know one can access to fix.
Great app!! Great to be able to do everything in one place. Love to see more improvements, like being able to view settlements and maybe show in-network fuel stops with fuel prices for owner ops.
This is the future of trucking. Those 1980's brick units in the truck are becoming obsolete. Interstate is proving they are committed to providing the best solution to the supply chain.
A nice addition to our communications between the driver and ops. No more missed loads or important load updates. Scanning is easier and gets to payroll faster. Still learning my way around but really like it so far!
The app works pretty darn good and you don't have to be sitting in the truck to get your messages nice
I like being able to scan paperwork with this app. Was very confusing to use at first, IE: Instead of "loads", have it say "scan trips". I can't find how to send macros with it. And how about a button where we can get our logs? It also shows me driving when I am sitting still. Needs a little more tweaking.
