This app is easy to navigate, the multisig is a nice security layer when trading, but the app freezes or locks your funds when trading or trying to transfer to other wallets. I made two xlm/xlmg trades and one took almost a week to fill. The second xlm/xlmg trade never filled and I cannot cancel the trade, so my xlm is locked and I can't send it out of this app to another wallet. I wouldn't use this app unless they make some improvements and the error 400 codes stop occurring with trades.
Nice mobile app and UI is nice. Great way to store multiple cryptos locally. Fast, Clean and secure. Customer support is great and they were very responsive (within 12 hours).
Please I need to Contact the interstellar support, I'm having issue withdrawing which is unusual. I've withdrawn since but it has not been paid to my bank account after more than 3 hours that I have made withdrawal. It will be better to add the support section to the app when Releasing new version.
This is the best crypto exchange app I've used, in terms of features and smoothness of the app. The trade notification feature is so cool and new, which makes me go back to the app right when i need to.
This APP corrupted my Android Phone's System UI. I now have NO Access to my phone. I may have LOST ALL data on my phone.
Great app. Only minor bugbear is I keep telling it to turn off notification sounds, but it turns them back on after 5 minutes! Please fix that :)
Hi, I tried to send Bitcoincash to my wallet but the exchanger said the address is wrong. But I could not be wrong because I copy-paste the receive address. Any suggestions why this happens and how to solve it? Also want to asked, what is the difference between 'receive' and 'deposit'
Immediately after installing on Android the phone system UI is freezing and crashing. Unable to uninstall app.
... Can not even withdraw back $10 of XLM I deposited to test. Says... >>> Cut & Edited since can't reply to Dev response. What is min balance then? Even if it's not the App, the App could say the reason of failed TX. Thus, 1 star still stays till you make it more informative.
Terrible "exchange", no customer service at all on their app or website or social media accounts. I can't withdraw/send my XLM out due to"not enough funds of the asset", which is wrong.
Apparently the dev already fix the problem, but there is one thing if I may suggest : can you make this app to be able to custom sort the wallets or based from the time we import or make the wallet, ok that's it thanks

after few transfers i made, i can't send my XLM anymore, i get this error "Binance - Missing memo type: MEMO_ID. Please obtain detailed instructions for the missing memo value on Binance"

Why can't the app be added to my home screen? After installing the app, it says it keeps stopping and cant be added to my home screen.
Well, all still good,i sent xrp from another wallet into it and it was successful, but i had send #300 as a test from my zenith account into Naira wallet on it but did not see it... So please help oo... Am coming back to give you the remaining 2stars.... Thanks in anticipation.
Please, have a withdraw issue. 5 hours withdrawal was executed from Interstellar but yet to be deposited to the designated wallet. I have sent email to support but still no respons. Thanks... problem solved

I just downloaded the app today 12/27/21. I opened it but, i cant create an account. After tapping all 6 welcoming messages, it always goes back to the language selection. After tapping the ➡️ on the 6th message, new page will pop up for less than a second and will go back to first. Whats the problem?
