I hoped the app would be better than the website since phone apps would be newer. But it's even worse than the website. Interval should hire someone who understands the organization and can translate it into GUI.
Can't log in on the app anymore, tells me that based on my membership profile I have to log in to the web page which is not even mobile optimized. Used to be able to log in fine before the update.
Successfully used this app once. It locks up. You can't search. 100% easier to call. I've tried updating but it just says "PENDING" forever
I dont like the search results with the app, and prefer the website. With the website, I search a date range, then click on a location, and see everything available at that location within the range I'm searching. Very easy. With the app, the results come up by date instead, and I have to click each and every date, to see what resorts are available. Its completely backwards, and takes forever to go thru all of the dates. Especially if I'm searching a large range of dates, which I do very often.
The app works fine. The actual program worthless. I pay a fee yearly for no deals whatsoever. I got a better rental car rate for a better car by going on the app and reserving the car myself. All the hotel room deals lack any discounts. I'm better off using Priceline. Just worthless all the way around. Even the resort deals are better on the resorts website.
I'm a Platinum member - I get the message "we're unable to access your membership. Why is that? I've called and they can't tell me why.
Doesn't give alerts like it did before and barely even opens! Please fix!!
The app used to work. But after the last update it is stuck on the main page and the screen constantly flashes.
We were upgraded from our one bedroom twice and sold us a 3/2 so we would have more trading power, this app only shows me one bedroom mostly, and what is in the directory like Captiva island (one of many) isn't available after a $30,000 upgrade? I've try to book and told I didn't have enough trading power? From Hilton Head? Really? The whole thing is horrible shady including the app that doesn't notify, or show all availablities
My App stopped working on Tuesday Nov 2nd. I have it installed on two different devices and it doesn't work anymore on both of them. I tried reinstalling the App several times but after logging into my account the screen keeps jumping and the Getaway Alerts circle keeps spinning around without stopping. Please help.

App notifications are not working on Android again. They were for a couple of months but back to none. I have triple checked all settings and see I am not the only one with this issue. FIX ASAP please!
Disappointed, the old app worked great, the new app gives an error message "we're unable to access your membership" unfortunately I uninstalled the old app that actually worked. Uninstalled new app 3x to see if it would help. But still get the error message. As a II member II need to make the proper steps so that I can access my II account
It's pretty but still buggy. Plus the fact that it doesn't support ShortStay Exchange, the one tool that I would love to use on mobile for short notice stays, keeps it from being a game changer.
When I click Map to show where my selected resort is, it just brings up world map and doesn't show location of resort. Any suggestions? Thank you for the help! That worked to turn on my location and "allow" the app to use my location. Thank you!
It's never been particularly user friendly but, since the update, it's even worse. The 'bug fixes' have made no difference. Pointless trying to use the app, it's useless, so continuing to use browser/desktop site.
awful!!! I downloaded new update and it wont give me information unless I give it location permissions. Why do I have to authorize spying on me just for a resort directory? App has several bugs. When I uninstalled, it won't let me use the old version any more. So much for convenience and portability.
The app is even worse than their website for navigating membership resorts, if you can believe that. The worst part of planning a vacation with Interval is using their website. I was really hoping that this app was going to fix those problems, given it had a 4.3 rating, but it turned out to be a major disappointment. Come on folks at Interval, it's 2020. This is unacceptable, especially considering how you portray yourself as an upscale vacation club.
I also am stuck in a loop where it wants me to update but it won't update and it won't allow me to log in. Brings me back to update. And yes I uninstalled and reinstalled and still cannot log in it keeps me stuck in a loop of wanting to update. Problem was quickly resolved so I wanted to change my Rating. Support was quick and it resolved. Overall I am happy with the app I just wish it was an easier way to log off.
The app continuously crashes. It also doesnt show certificates. It's a step in the right direction from the old app, but the bugs arent out yet for sure!
everytime I hit my app. it only goes to update. I pushed every button. nothing for travel. I like to check cruise prices. only exchange. it doesn't let you go to the full site. waste of time. No thanks
Doesn't provide are areas to click on. Keeps jumping all over then locks up
Anyone else notice that over time the app isn't working as it once did? Calendar doesn't go beyond April 3, 2020. Alerts are received for searches and when trying to view the results the app displays No Availability Found.
Love it! So easy and helpful
Not good. while searching resorts it tries to use autocomplete but it zooms into the map after only 1 letter and makes the keyboard go away. it's frustrating.

Good but could improve. Please fix the bedroom filter on getaway alerts, or get rid of the option. It's been broken for years.
I'm unable to use this app and see where I would like to vacation. You charge us lots of money but give us terrible service . Giving this app a one star is more than you deserve, a negative star is what you should get. I want to pick a place to go but your system doesn't allow me to. What am I paying you for? Fix it, not make it worse.
I resorted to this app hoping it will solve the issue on their website because for some reason, it won't accept my CAD credit card payment. Trying to do an exchange in the app is impossible. It won't let me select the week that's already been deposited. Website won't also accept my mom's USD cc. Geez!
Alerts do not work on Android. No matter how many times you uninstall and reinstall the app it won't work. Update. When I open the app s message appears telling me I need to update the app. I go to the app store and there is no update available. Now this app is totally unusable. Update. Uninstalled and reinstalled gives you the latest update.
