Intesa M-Token

Intesa M-Token is an authentication method for the Internet Banking service called I-B@nk, offered by Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Romania S.A. to his customers. Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Romania is the first bank in Romania to offer this kind of authentication method to his customers as an alternative to the commonly used digipass device. It combines the commodity and familiarity of using your personal I-Phone with the high level of security offered by the digipass authentication. The Intesa M-Token offers functions such as One Time Password (OTP) for authentication in the I-B@nk and Message Authentication Codes (MAC) for authorizing transactions in maximum security conditions.The application is available in three languages: English, Italian and Romanian.

Worst mobile app in terms of user experience I have seen. The default language is Italian. No placeholders indicating what should be entered on the lines. No validation messages. The app can be secure as much you can make it, but if you do not work on user experience it will never be successful.

For 2o2o works and looks like a 2ooo app. But in case of intesa is something usual. I don't think they have any ux engineers, testers or real designers. Also funny thing is that most of the tech support treats customers with arrogance when most of the times they know less than the client. I give it 2 stars because most of the times this thing works.

Worst app ever!!! Everytime I want to login to my internet banking account, it gives error so I need to contact the branch and ask them to send me activation code to intall the app again. If you are not able to make a perfectly working app, why do you force us to use it???

Wish it showed all transactions, even those that aren't formally processed but are subtrected from the available balance. Plus a fingerprint login would be convenient.
