For 2o2o works and looks like a 2ooo app. But in case of intesa is something usual. I don't think they have any ux engineers, testers or real designers. Also funny thing is that most of the tech support treats customers with arrogance when most of the times they know less than the client. I give it 2 stars because most of the times this thing works.
Worst app ever!!! Everytime I want to login to my internet banking account, it gives error so I need to contact the branch and ask them to send me activation code to intall the app again. If you are not able to make a perfectly working app, why do you force us to use it???
Wish it showed all transactions, even those that aren't formally processed but are subtrected from the available balance. Plus a fingerprint login would be convenient.
This app needs to be improved much more... Has a lot of issues, inconveniences...

Worst mobile app in terms of user experience I have seen. The default language is Italian. No placeholders indicating what should be entered on the lines. No validation messages. The app can be secure as much you can make it, but if you do not work on user experience it will never be successful.
