Horrible App. It has one option to create beneficiaries to save their details for future payments but, sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. It has the option for international payments BUT, randomly works. It says "Transaction successful" but after a while, you receive an email with your transaction rejected. Sometimes, with the same details provided in a successful transaction and enough funds, it just reject the payment without reason. The bank service it self is terrible. Use other bank
Not bad i like the design and i dont agree with other people giving such poor rating just because they had a poor experience with one branch or other unrelated topics that don't have anything to do with the app. From the perspective of design and functionality the app does what it's supposed to do and even better that some other banking apps.Only thing i would suggest is not making me go to the bank to get the credentials again if i uninstall the app by mistake or having to change the phone.👍
This app is ok but whenever i change my phone I have to go to the bank. Now I cannot even install it,even though I had to uninstall other useful apps to create the space for it. I don't know what you (Bank) are doing with our money also,bcs whenever I get my paycheck or money from another bank, it takes more and more Time for you to make it available to me, it just stays there but i cannot withdraw it...lots of issues, I really want to change bank and I'm valuing other companies
The application is generally OK although there are some 130 Errors. Shopping online with Intesa mastercard is a scam that steals money from you. Each time a transaction is made the amount withdrawn from the account is greater than that invoice, this is explained by the "exchange rate", it's easy, you lose they win.
Very slow, unuseful information and settings, really inappropriate UI that gets cut sometimes on the top. Very burocratic user experience by putting lots of codes to login and keynoard that moves all the time the numbers in different places... Also to not to say that the app is useless as the main service the bamk offers through expensive card fees and maintainance is not being ised by many people so transactions and card management is not needed therefore as they are not happening xd
It is so hard to navigate and nearly impossible to do anything on your own. You have to go to bank to do eve the simplest tasks. Looking other reviews, i think they dont even care about the reviews that other clients leave, they never respond.
The app offers the most important utilities a bank client needs. Bank Transfer Procedures,Savings Account Information,Updated Information with percentage regarding your loan payments. Also the app security is extremely high which I love it. Plus the customer service representatives are always helpful and polite. Well deserved 5 stars from me 😊
I like this app LOTS more than the older one. I can do almost anything from here evem though some stuff doesn't work but keep on updating most hove the issues have been resolved. The staff has always been giving me advices & have helped me so the service is really prepared,professional and good (sometimes slow but sometimes 1 person has more than 1 thing to do at the bank). Keep on updating to pay mobile bills & other bills so life can ne easier please. #ThumbsUp for the efforts until now 👌
Android battery statistics sg5ow that the app is used less than 1 minute (I haven't use it in days) buy it has used battery in the background for over 6 hours in the last day and a half ( since last charge)! Please, explain what activity is the app programmed to do when I am not using it? I suspect illegal personal data collection and will report it to Google (play syore) and Albanian data protection authorities.
Used to work fine, but it just crashed one day and can not login again. Will update review when it starts working...
I'm unable to log into my account with fingerprint as it requires the pin but the page is blocked by a notification "this is required for security reasons" and I'm unable to surpass it.
No way to see pending movements which makes it hard to verify payments. Doesn't offer even minimal services, useless.
Simply amazing! Easy to recharge my credit card directly from the app, easy to make payments and to safely buy online through virtual cards.
It's a good aplication only to see the ammount of the account but most of the options like paying bills or recharging the cell number do not work,Intesa has dhe highest commisions in Albania and has not made dhe payment of bills possibile yet.
Compare to the other mobile banking apps is the worst. If you change the phone it requires 100 security, steps to login again.
When you open the app it says that the app is deprecated and you need to go to Play Store and update it, but there is no update available in Play Store.
Never recommend anyone to use this bank. There are alot more better options but i was forced to have an account with them and they act like you owe them dont treat you as a customer.

Everytime this app gets updates i get loged out & to log in i should go to the bank itself so i unistalled it.
It is impossible to deactivate the Marketing consent even if I tried numerous times. That's a no go.
Doesn't work ,i called the client service and they said that after downloading the app anly the client service in the bank can register you

Easy to use.Secure .Great app.
The app crashes often though they keep updating the version. The login is not very user friendly. But the banks man... they are impossible. Extremely slow service, neglect and a waist of time for hours and hours. There's no other way to rate the bank, so I'm doing it here. Highly NOT recommended!
