Fab clothes. Excellent sales. App is very easy to use. Clothes for all shapes and sizes. Stunning models used
the app is really annoying when you put clothes in your saved items and your signed into your account but sometimes if you sign out or purchase an item or you have to sign back in then all your saved items are lost. I give up with it now! Its happened so many times to me.
App is slowing down and even though I choose keep me signed in I have to resign in every tlme I use it then it deletes items in my basket. Love the clothes and the brand but website is easier to navigate and use
I can't sign in! Everytime I try to sign in and put my password, it says it is wrong, I've changed it 3 times and it still keeps saying it is wrong, frustrating!
Navigation isn't great, things seem to be in a strange order and the search function pulls strange results.
Delivery is quick, fashion is fun, prices are excellent. I am grateful to my daughter's friend for sharing the App with me!
Love this app but when I click on something in the sale section it won't let me go back without closing the app. Love the clothes and value though.
Recently this APP has become terrible. Pages don't open, or take forever to open, can't add items to basket,n search function is hit and miss. The actual clothing from here, when you can order and get them, are usually pretty good- but I don't have time to wait 5 minutes for each page to load so I am.using other places at the moment.
First you get pressured into downloading the app because apparently there's exclusive offers on there. And then when you download it, it doesn't even work. It's SO slow and half of the pages don't even load 😒 And judging by other reviews, I'm far from the only person with these issues.
I love this site, the clothes are unreal and I've never sent back any of them. also the sizes are great. I used to hate going clothes shopping because I would get in such a bad mood if nothing fitted. so I have to say I love this site so much. also the customer service is amazing I've never had a problem with them. So if your looking to treat yourself do on here. You get all your clothes, shoes and jewelry all on one site. Well done In The Style Nikki Graham
My rating is purely on the app itself. Oh my word it's painfully slow! This will be costing them a lot in sales as I've given up on ordering several times because of this. Fingers crossed for an update to sort it out 🤞

The most awkward app ever to use..! Never know where you are on it.. crashes all time.. awful!
It's good but just needs a bit of improvement with the way you navigate all the styles. Sometimes some things are there and then other times it's not. Just a bit confusing. At first I thought you had such a small selection of clothes for sale but then more kept coming somehow. Its proberly as confusing as this discription. 😂

Awful not able to load anything I to the basket tried signing out and then back in and won't let me do it even though I pay for premium delivery. Been like it for about 2 weeks now.

Great clothes shocking App. I love shopping on here but the phone app is shocking. I've never completed a shop recently as it constantly waiting to move on or just stops.
They don't update stock regularly. Place orders to get a refund 3 days later with next day delivery when I chase them. Place other orders and get a dispatch note to then next day get told they aren't in stock? Don't think they know what they are doing.
Won't work in app im wanting to buy a dress and high waisted jeans. Too slow the app also can't buy anything. Won't let me buy anything. Get in the style updated before I get angry.
Disappointing, app crashed several time, too slow, so I gave up in the end. You lost sales worth £80

Awful slow. It's payday I want to buy. Nothing loads. Try to search and it crashes. I'll spend my pay elsewhere as this is painful.

Sometimes it just freezers and I cannot see all the clothes or update my basket or checkout, but if that gets sorted I love it!
Love the clothes, but app is so slow! Anytime you search for anything, it just hangs. Needs a bit of tweaking. Couldn't change my password, I tried multiple times and it just hung with the little spinning thing every time. Makes me not want to use it, but their website is just as slow.
