The app does not stay in real time and it does not update consistently unless you continue to hit "locate". The vehicle will be in the driveway, which is a set boundary, a good five minutes before it sends an alert. Also, the app frequently glitches. I will press "locate" and it will show the vehicle in one location (or stopped completely), then hit locate a second time and it will show the vehicle 10 miles away. This is seconds later and not possible. The app needs to be updated.

Not sure why the app doesn't work, it was working fine for 5 or 6 months. I did have the battery go dead one time disabled my motorcycle simply charged the device and started the bike went to work. But now I do not get alerts anymore so I come here to see if there was an update available Doesn't seem to be so maybe I will try a passtime app. But I also had a change in finance company maybe they're not paying a monthly monitoring bill. Who knows. But I did like the alerts if my bike was Disturbed

Does not locate vehicle all of the time as it's supposed to. I understand that the unit puts itself to sleep to conserve battery power, but it needs to locate vehicle ALL OF THE TIME. When it does locate my vehicle, it is very usually the wrong address. Please fix this. This was a very expensive unit to install, I expect it to work correctly!

The app is alright. Nothing really special. The UI is plain as they come. Would be better if you can track your vehicle in real time and show it moving, instead of always having to press "locate".

Lost my phone that had TRAX app and no problems. On new phone told to load new version called intouch a d now not working. Called support and they were of no help. I see that others having same issues. Now I am paying for a service that does not work.

The Concept is good the device does not consume energy at all so won't kill your battery. THE PROBLEM is the cost and the subscription you have to pay. You can have a 4G tracker with remote start and status report of your vehicle at a fraction Of their annual contract. Take a look into CARLINK OR VIPER SMART REMOTE OR DRONE.

Before like a year ago it use to work better than it does now, you'll check and it shows u the GPS of hours ago. What if something happens to ur car and u get the GPS from hours ago and u go thinking it's their but by that time it's somewhere and so on. Stupid, should have not renew this and gotten something else. Saving u guys, don't get this. PS: Just checked right now just to verify that it's still messing up and it says location from 2 days ago. I am so screwed. 🤦‍♀️

Was talked into putting this on my new motorcycle when I purchased it from the dealership. The bike was for my daughter so I thought great idea I could keep track on her and make sure she was safe. Issue is in her motorcycle this unit is a junk. If she does not ride her bike for 3 days it drains her battery and leaves her stranded. Luckily the GPS works great so I am able to track her down to jump start the bike. Contacted dealership about product and was brushed off saying not their issue.

The older version I had of this app worked perfectly every time .... Now, since the update, it doesn't work at all!!! if it ain't broke, don't _ _ _ _ with it!

sometimes this app works good but usually it does not. for example I can stop at the grocery store then drive home, two hours later the App will show I'm still at the store

App does not work. My car has been in the same place for 400 days. It will not refresh or anything. Online shows location.

It's a good thing I didn't pay for this device as it came with the car. I would never recommend it and it constantly never locates your car.

The app stops working! Everytime I try to log in is says server is down.

App is not letting me access it to adjust my settings. Not accepting my password.

Great app, easy to use and gives me peace of mind knowing where my car is.

Stopped working a while ago. Firstly was unable to locate my vehicle on a map, then stopped even sending notifications (left boundaries , etc). Now i get why there are so few installs.

It worked fine But it freezes and stop giving me locations Please fix bugs
