gets the job done most of the time but lately when I open the app it just Does Not Load at all, I could leave it there waiting and it remains a white screen. giving 3 stars bc I'm uncertain if it's my phone or the app and I've have good enough experience with it in the past...
I really like being able to deposit my checks using mobile deposit. It saves a lot of time and now, money in fuel. However, sometimes, the app can not validate the amount that is entered with the amount written on the check.
Good app overall, but the sms 2 factor authentication is broken. The app requests permission to read sms and enter the code automatically, and when I click allow, it says permission was denied. Please fix this, it makes using the app really annoying.
With latest app update on March 15th, the app does NOT open on my phone! I have Android on Galaxy S8. FIX THIS PLEASE!! Update: App works beautifully now on Samsung S8 Android, after app April '22 update. Thanks to developers for finally getting the fix.
I really, really don't like it. It's clunky, difficult to use, they made a change in the app that caused my standard settings to prevent me from opening it. Their "support" people were completely without value. I finally had to disable debilugging on my phone to get the thing to open. Now, however they've connected me to the reviews doesn't allow selective highlight. I can redo the entire post or backspace one letter at a time. This bank obviously does not think about their users.
*update* much improved, works a lot better! Terrible app. Nothing works, cannot login or request help.
Easy to use, but the buttons look 'grayed out' because they are so light.
Worked fine until recently. The app is stuck in a log in loop. I log in & a page comes up saying that my details have been saved, & there's a continue button. I click that & it takes me back to the log in screen. Tried clearing the cache, deleting the data, uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Nothing. Extremely frustrating as I exclusively use the app for my banking. Emailed customer service, & they wrote back saying they could see I logged in online. Duh! Can't get into the app! 🤦
Not very feature full. Not self explanatory. You have to activate features such as Zelle before you can even find them on the app. I was told I can use it to set up paperless billing, but the option isn't there. It's not on the web site either. Also not the apps fault, but I was told funds from small checks deposited would be immediately available, not true.
I absolutely hate the 2nd authentication through text. The text is too long to see the code in my notifications so I have to exit the app to go look at the code. Also the app keeps crashing after I go back in after viewing the code. I don't know why there even needs to be a 2nd authentication if I'm using my fingerprint to sign in initially. This is highly annoying as it used to take me seconds to log into my account but now it's taking minutes.
ZELL banking application DONT WORK on the mobile application bill payment don't perform well either they'll work perfect on the website
This is the worst, most useless banking app. Garbage! The bank is well aware that it provides erroneous information that can cause customers to incur unjust fees and could ultimately affect credit rating if you don't notice. I reported this, and was told that is how app was designed. It does not properly link up credit card information, which is a bug! The developers should be fired for incompetence!
App still won't open. It worked fine before the last update. smh!
No notifications about low balance. Reenter password after already being logged in. Charge for 3 transactions without any electronic notification. Received letter about the first transaction 5 days later. Limited information shown in app. Can't believe I have to pay for each transaction even though we setup the auto transfer to cover overages. Just a bad app overall.
Works fine feels secure and is easy to navigate!
Cannot use zelle at all and the text verification is sometimes a hassle
My overall experience with the mobile app has been POSITIVE. Never had an issue, no freezes, mo crashes. Always been quick & easy. Long-time member of this credit union for 30+ yrs (when it was EDS CU), and have used this mobile app since it was first introduced. Would like to see "pending" mobile deposits listed on the receiving account as such. Other features could be added to be even more useful to.people w/other needs. But for basic transactions & for MY purposes & needs, I am satisfied.
It's not compatible with my new Galaxy S22. This is a real problem for me. It was an ok app on my Galaxy S10 but not longer works. And I can't even find a log on the landing page when trying to access through the internet app. Really disappointed.
Can you please fix your app! I cannot login and each time I do I have to enter profile information that is never saved and then it kicks me out back to the initial login page. It's been like this for over a year.
A little clunky--user interface is not as smooth as I expect from mobile apps, but it gets the job done. I can make transfers, view my accounts, edit my banking information, even apply for a loan pretty much all within the app. Would give 3.5 stars if I could just due to awkward UI and some limited functionality.

Been with this bank for over 14 yrs. The app will not open on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. We had S8 before this and the app worked perfectly fine. Among other recent issues with in person banking this credit union is getting close to the last straw.
Please explain why i can not access the Mobile App?? Every since the update, I have been unable to access. I've uninstalled and re-installed this app several times and continue to get the same error message. I should also be able to access my accounts through the Web browser without having to have my phone. This is extremely inconvenient!!! PLEASE FIX THIS
DOWNGRADED TO 1 STAR ON 09/27/2020 AFTER NO RESPONSE FROM ITCU. PULLING MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THEY ARE OUT OF TOUCH! Mobile app is least user-friendly banking app! Refuses to recognize login credentials, even after updating them in desktop browser and reinstalling! This is the 3rd or 4th time in the last 12 months the app has suddenly denied access without explanation for days at a time! As a business owner, I need mobile access to my account!
very frustrating, I am constantly locked out of my account even though my password is saved. Find myself running back and fourth from my phone to my computer to catch the code to reset everything. Passwords are not reusable and I find myself running out of words!!!!! The app works good once I can get into my account
It's been a great app but recently I cannot use the mobile deposit feature. It says the picture is blurry or else the amounts don't match. I've tried too many times to count. Never had this issues until recently.
