A complete fraudster. They do provide bus services without any gaurantee that there bus with surely run. They cancel their buses at the very end moment if seats are vacant citing some mechanical/technical issues. Their customer support is the worst I have ever talked, they have trained to say sorry without solving the problem faced by you. They even did not make changes in the app for cancellation rather they just call you and said your bus has been cancelled due to some issues.
This is an excellent service to use, here is the advantage for example by mistake you have booked the wrong date or want remove one person in the journey. You can always cancel upto 💯% and rebooked according to your plan by using the money you have cancelled. And another point I have notice is, when pick up bus gets delayed due to traffic. They sincerely do their best to reach a destination as early as they can.
I am stil travelling in the bus and writing this review. hospitality is good, bus the bus quality is very very very very very poor. Hyderabad city buses are far better than the bus I am travelling right now. preferred only because they have toilet. i felt like they bought buses from some garage and started the travels. Shock absorbers are gone, getting too much noise inside bus (not slept because of this noise). water leakage from ac, not for me (upperberth ladies). AC is also not good.
Worst service they cancelled the ticket 1 hour prior to onboarding and didn't give any proper justification on that we got stuck because of them. I would personally recommend not to choose this bus because I think if your fare is less due to coupon they will cancelled that and take another booking instead of yours who paid more than you.
Worst , named with smart bus but its just a normal AC bus, as well as delayed departure and gear problem in mid of the way, and the driver was well aware of that for the past two days, extremely delayed to reach destination and impact in my forward travel. He just took to the garage in the highway and zipped his mouth. All the passengers has no clue whats going on. Customer service has to be taught to the captain when there is delay and engine problem happens.
Bus is different than we had travelled while going from Delhi to Manali. Very bad experience. Everything is bad. Don't even feel like typing. Intercity person told the same thing as per your comment, but the bus which was allocated to us before and you are saying that is on maintenance, was actually running after us carrying another passengers (I had taken the screenshot of the intercity mobile app which shows the earlier bus number and later the bus number got changed, the earlier bus we saw on the food/dinner stop).
I am currently traveling with this travels. Service nothing different than ordinary bus service except for the highest price I paid. Washroom always locked, WiFi obviously not working, even charging point is not working. There is no USP to choose their service. Just 500ml water bottle and probably washed blanket. My first & last ride with this travels 🙏
They cancel my booking before 18 hrs remaining for the journey and they informed me at this time at mid night. Extremely poor this is..even refund they will provide take some 5 to 7 days as they say.. I hope they will pay refund at least.. I have all important jouney to Pune where I have to go compulsarily for my EXAM. How can I make up for this now ? NEVER BOOK from this intrCity. Even 1 star is more for my experience
Very bad experience. I booked the ticket and was waiting at the boarding point for 45 min. Then I called the customer care, they told me that the bus is cancelled and no other alternative bus is available They did not bother to call the customer and tell us about this cancellation. After repetitive calling cc atleast for 10 times I got this message. Their Customer Care call service is worst. They use to cut the call everytime. Worst experience I had... they do not care for their customer.
This has the worst support. They don't give the contact details of the bus driver and bus leaves early without any intimation. To confirm that you will have to stay on wait and talk to support person and they take lot of time to give you the basic info I really had a worst experience with intercity. I don't recommend it
Worst app.. i registered my mom number for bus ticket booking and it was frst time registration, and when i entered the OTP and went into profile , it was showing me a different person name and a totally diff email id . I was wondering how just with a number it is automatically adding a name and number and i thought it might be a glitch and i booked my bus for evening and after 30 mins the ticket got cancelled and when asked cust. Care they told me that you did the cancellation and we wont refun
Do not use this bus......I have booked my ticket 2 times and both time they cancelled the bus reason being unforseen circumstances, they always give same reason every time. Absolutely rubbish...! On 6th of Aprile I booked one. Due to failure of online payment I selected the cash on delivery option. They called me and said if you have any problem call us. When I reached the destination neither the bus was there nor my seat available when I got know finally. It was 10:30 at night I had no options other than paying thick amount. I am not happy with its service. I would recommend others not to trust.
First time i booked ticket through Intrcity and unfortunately had to cancel the ticket. I canceled the reservation before 24 hours prior to departure, while canceling i was shown a refund. However its more than a week now i have not yet received the refund. Absolutely worst service
Worst experience. No contact number provided. No Wi-Fi and a washroom is provided as mentioned. Not worthy to choose for this price. There are better options than this.
For one of my journeys i have noticed that, If I select 1 bearth the cost showing 1293 rs, for 2 berths it shown 2746, for 3 berths it shown 4349 approximately excluding GST. But All berths are of same price individually. When I called customer care, he didn't have clue & said we have to follow what app shows. Please tell me? is 1293+1293 > 2746? We had to think to book tickets individually rather than as a family. 😡
Very bad experience, bus was cancelled by you guys even refund not given , 1 month gone, now i will take legal action against you, worst customer support, no revert from care, even on ivr, they are forcely disconnected the calls, asking me to check with my bank, i am asking for banking transactions details of refund they are unable to give, this is totally fraud by you guys, here no option for -- star forcefully to select 1 ⭐, very worst customer support even service.
I travelled on jus 11 May 2022 At the time of booking from Bangalore to Hyderabad, this app showed near by destination, dropping point ..... But wat they do ,at the time of journey before 1 hr they keep us in tention (they call n say)saying that ,ur dropping point is changed .....I got so much angry ....I thought of cancel the tickets ....Never again believe them while booking only confirm the dropping point n book ,otherwise cancel it go for other app booking Bus No is NL-01-B-2252 9.25 pm bus
People buy expensive tickets for AC busses with AC lounges because they don't want to sweat in summer standing on the side of a road waiting for bus to arrive. Somehow intrcity managed to defeat the entire purpose with their stupid model for bus route and bus schedule. This is one of worst experiences.
Wonderful experience with Intercity Smart bus while traveling from Mumbai to Goa, the bestest bus that gives a luxurious feel while travelling with washroom facilities, The only problem was that the bus arrived late. The bus captains were good to communicate. Overall a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend only INTERCITY SMART BUS.
Pathetic experience..I never faced this issue with any travels..they rescheduled bus timing and didn't sent any information and message on it..i missed my bus and kept on waiting in the midnight. The travels team manager spoke on refund but I did not receive any..Very disappointing and anything can happen with this travels. I am one of the regular customer who is facing this and these people never bothered to apologise for their mistake and neither they did the refund for my unboarded trip.
Regret booking this bus by just looking at the beautiful picture but that too is managed by anybody. The main reason to book the bus was washroom facility inside it but that too was not operational very bad way to manipulate to increase your bookings.
It has become fancy nowadays by pumping lot money into marketing.. but it is important to maintain the business as high as possible. Reel is something and Relaty is something. No difference between you and other travel agencies except a tiny washroom. That too each time you have to go to driver, disturb him while driving the bus to ask for toilet keys as the toilet is always locked. In an emergency in a moving bus with sudden breaks.. someone would fall and get hurt. Imagine a pregnant lady ?
Comfortable seats, perfect ac temprature, hygienic and supportive staff. Most importantly, always on time. Great experience.
Pathetic bus service. They cancel the bus just one or two days before travel and drop an email stating that we have requested for cancellation. They are just making simple money by keeping the booking amount for a while and multiplying it and then cacelling the trips just one or two days before travel date.
