Great app except for 2 things. First is it offers biometric login (figure print) which most apps do and all work perfectly. However no matter how many times I try I'll turn it on go through set up and everytime I get back on and use it it says "authorization required" over done this over 5 times and it still won't work. Second thing is it is slightly behind the actual website as far as showing pending, and in progress items. Website is more accurate. Fix finger print login and I'll give 5 stars.

When the app works properly, it's great. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it multiple times over the past couple of months. It works fine for a bit and then the white screen of nothingness appears. The app seems unable to update on its own without having to uninstall/reinstall.

Works great for me. Too bad Intrust sold their credit card accounts to Elan (they SUCK), and I lost my overdraft protection. Since then, any credit card information displayed on this app is never accurate, and might as well not even be there, since you cannot make a payment directly within this app.

4/21 Working reliably since previous comments. 3/21 When it works, its a decent app. But multiple times, a day for seemingly long periods of time, I get a message that "the data system is down or available." Probably more bank level IT issue than app issue, but this has interfered with multiple purchases or transactions.

I like the app, but for some reason once I close the app it won't log back on when I select the app. It only goes to a blank white screen. If I clear the cache, it will let me log in one time after that. Other than that this is a great, easy to function app!

I'm constantly having issues with the app not showing the correct amount in my account. So I'm having to either call the bank to make sure the money's are in the account, or I have to rearrange money in my accounts constantly cover rent and bills every month. To make sure I avoid the 35 dollar overdraft fee.

How can I regress to prior version? New version (as of 4/27/2021) is very annoying because much of the screen real estate is taken by meaningless photos of buildings and I have to scroll and scroll to see all my accounts, which are now in such a huge font, anyone even 6 feet away can see my balances! And within each account, every line item is all in bold font. Very unpleasant. The text version of screaming. How can I regress to prior version? Asap.

Was initially having problem as to why it would not advance past the photos, amount, email page. After discovering that the green button is for recording the pictures, it all became real easy. Love the app.

Useless on a phone. At least on a normal sized phone. When at screen to receive text messages for code , the send button can not be seen. App will not flip so no way to see it. Can't log in without that code. If you do not use two factor authentication it probably works

Used this for years, but I replaced my phone and the new version (Android 8 from 7.1.1) no longer takes a PIN to log in and asked for a phone number to log in but told me my number was already in use! Running on Samsung J727T J7 Prime through T-Mobile. I had to use a different phone number to re-register this app. The bank tells me this has been going on FOR YEARS giving trouble relogging and phones. Sorry guys, but you lose a star for just plain LAZINESS!!! Fix the dang app AND give me back my ability to log in with a Pin like I used to do just a couple weeks ago!! I speak as a long time tech and beta tester. This is often referred to as.... A BUG! Broke!

The Intrust bank app has been time-saving and useful as I live out in a rural area and it's too cumbersome to drive into town to get cash, deposit checks, etc. The PeoplePay feature and deposit by phone have made deposits and paying people extremely easy and I greatly appreciate them.

I had to search a couple of times to figure where the check deposit feature was located. It didn't like something about my entry so I re-entered my picture of my check and it took it ok. I really like the feature so I just don't use it that often to be familiar with it.

Great app for banking, easy to navigate and understand. Only complaint is that when you forget your user ID you have to reset it in person at a local branch, they have no online support (such as email).

This app is great but needs a way to check upcoming payment balances and due dates on credit cards. This is all we need from the app that every other bank easily provides in the app already except for this bank. It's a trap that can incur fees otherwise if people cannot see this information. Seem to be experiencing a bug where when I open the app it's just a white screen with nothing to interact with. If I want to access my account from my phone I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time for whatever reason and have to redo the whole sign in.

This app has serious issues it stopped working on my old phone and won't work on my new phone either. I always have to go to the web site and it's a pain too! It takes forever to pull up more than 3 lines of your history. They need to fix something to make things easier for their customers! Please!!!

Decent app but needs refinement - #1-Logging on with fingerprint doesn't always work because the app wants 2-step authentication which defeats the purpose of the biometric logon. #2-App doesn't remember my decide despite registering it #3-Taking images for check deposits is awkward due to bizarre camera angle/perspective the app applies Basic banking functions are available and are easy to understand and use.

The app mostly works, but it's way past time to enable password autofill and add fingerprint unlock. This is the only banking/financial app I have to manually enter login credentials every time I use it.

I like the app, but I'm surprised no one has fixed the white screen issue. I can't get it to log back in after using it a couple of times. When I open it, it just has a blank white screen. This has been going on for months. I've had to uninstall and reinstall the app. Inconvenient.

This app has been extremely helpful. Only once have I had a problem with the deposit feature that cause me to lose out on a check but for as many years i have used the app for my banking I still believe it does really well. Couldn't give it 5 stars because of that glitch but I still recommend it.

Good, watch out for their less than obvious costs, so they say that the app is free but the service through the bank costs basically $10 a month, but they say you can earn it back in two dollar increments (have more than $1000, deposit money, etc)

UPDATE: I never thought I would switch banks after having an account there since I was 18 of an on.. But I asked for a refund for an overdraft fee and not only could they not do it, but he said it was noted on my account not to help me..? I opted out of the option to even have overdraft fees. Their supposed to denie it.. In addition to that, I'm the type that needs it to post right away because I look at the balance available. The next day there will be a different balance even if u didn't spend

Recently I tried repeatedly to find a way to transfer funds for the first time using my mobile app. I had to call the bank the next day to find out i needed to click on the blue + sign which had no relevance to me to reach my goal of funds transfering. I think that plus sign needs identity for older people like me. Believe me, that experience did not raise my confidence level in living life in the slow lane.

Originally our home loan was with First Bank of Newton unbeknownst to use Intrust was actually majority owner of the bank. So when they decided to take back First Bank it made things so much easier with our mortgage. We had been with First Bank of Newton for quite a while 10-12 years I believe and honestly we do miss them but being with Intrust for over 20 years it became easier through the app to pay my mortgage so much simpler keep up the good work.
