As a service tech, I don't experience many issues with this app. I would suggest adding a second "signature" screen so customers can print their name. Additionally, it'd be great to have the option to see active status on work orders (such as en route and working) on the notification bar. I often forget to pause work orders but I'll always see notifications.

Forced Log out....It is a real issue and Intuit is silent. Cannot trust this app. Once it does the forced lock out....it can be hell to correct. It must be related to auto login and resources it has access to in Android. Something in Android is not clearing when you delete and reload. Intuit needs a work around that gives the user a way to override and allow the user to logout. If I can send feedback and close the app....I need a way to force a log out. Error says logged out but it is not

Ordinarily very reliable, but currently getting a window that says 'Forced Log Out'. I click 'ok', and app freezes. I can't adjust the work orders listed, log in, or perform any administrative functions that come with my login. Two links at the top right have disappeared.

Worst app to work in the field ever needs to load every time and if you have low bars in your cellphone you're done it will take forever to load and you will be unable to even see your next service call. To bad I have to used every day.

Force log out is a big issue that needs to be addressed. It gets really old every 4 to 6 days I have to delete and re-download the app. Please fix this asap thanks.

Sick of getting the run around. Took 1.5 years to finally have a person that solved issues to find now they're gone. Now it's been 8 months of hell again. If you buy this you better plan for hours on hold to hear your in the wrong department which is exactly what the last person said before they gave you that number! I cant wait to find another program.

Intuit says they aren't responsible for billing, Corrigo says they aren't responsible for billing, four hours over two days into phone calls with both companies and I still don't know who I am paying or how much. Absolute circus, nobody knows anything, terrible service
