This app is pretty good but I find my settings CONSTANTLY reset while browsing an auction, and I have to reselect my country, category and scroll back to find the next auction. I would love some better sub-categorisation of items by style/era (jewellery should be: vintage/retro/antique/art deco/contemporary/modern etc). And lastly, it would be very practical be able to save multiple shipping addresses.
Great app for those seeking authentic rare items at auction.
Existing account holder. App won't allow me to sign in. Can't enter email to sign in. No way round this. Can't get assistance. And no, I don't want to use my google account. My account uses my email.
Auction houses use the bids on invaluable to raise the prices but some barns assure key items are "won" by bidders on the floor. The playing field is far from level.
Absolute garbage now. Was never good to begin with, but now it sends password reset links that constantly state they have expired every.single.time. even when actioned immediately. Do better, it's not hard.
It's a great app for shopping, but I need it to see price RESULTS. Is there a way to make it show results? I have been all through the settings. 3 months later and an update...no answers and still no ability for searching price results. Subtracting a star.
Forget the other auction sites. This one has it all and so much more, I'm just a beginner coin collector and to me to have the chance to bud in coins that I used to only dream of owning one day to actually having a chance and an opportunity to buy one is just incredible. But if coins ain't your thing then they have just bout anything else it's the Amazon, Ebay, and Walmart of Auctions Sites if they don't have what your looking for them you haven't looked hard enoug.. they've got it here
UNRELIABLE: placed bids on 2 items, watched auction via live feed, won both items with bids higher than the realized price. Next day contacted auction house to arrange collection and they said they hadn't received bids and it was sold to the floor. Contacted INVALUABLE and no response. DO NOT USE APP as you might loose the item you have been looking to add to your collection. Obviously link to auction house doesn't work...going to use saleroom in future.
This is a great app minus the refresh after you bid online. If you switch between items it often places bids on the item you previously was viewing...while showing the new item. This can be very frustrating.
Last update was an absolute disaster! Email links don't work; registering for bidding puts you on a never-ending loop. Needs fixing! ... Sorry but not fixed. Worked fine for a little while, but we are back at the same problem as of March 28. Still needs fixing... (And yes I'm running the latest version/update.) Thks. May 27 - And problem still NOT fixed! Aug 21- Same problems and worse! Now every time I want to use the app it asks me to sign in! Save login details does not work! Minus 5 stars!
Invaluable is . . . (wait for it) . . . invaluable. An auction house aggregator, the app will put you in the driver's seat regardless of what you collect: fine art, furniture, comics, movie/music memorabilia--you name it, Invaluable will bring the auctions to you and with this mobile app you will never be out bid because you're out on the town.
Keyword emails no longer work properly after update. Emails now show lists of items unrelated to my keywords. App now unusable for me. Until update I had enjoyed app immensely and had experienced no problems at all.
Overall it's good to have this app so you can look at what is on offer but I always go to the website for bidding because the app, for some strange reason, doesn't have the live stream video of the auctioneer which is good to have when you want to follow the auction
App has a serious bug. The image loading speed can be slow some time. While the images is being loaded, the preview pictures of items keep changing.
I have received every item I have one in very timely manner. Shipping prices can occasionally be a little high but for what you're getting and the fun it is to bid and watch things is worth it highly recommend it!
Can't log in. Had an account that I was bidding on then logged out and now I can't log back in. Tried resetting my password but email did not come. Deleted the app then re installed the app and still does not work. What about the things I bid on?
Use the webiste.. the app is useful for placing bets in real time, but doesn't save your password and if you click on a link from an email, it will only take you to the home page of Invaluable, not the item or auction you want.
The app is for buying arts and antiques but enlarging an image is not possible. Moreover, images are with low resolution. How do they expect buyers to see the details of items? Lately the app is having a hard time detecting internet connection.
Fantastic app. Aesthetic, easy to use, excellent functionality. It has become a daily source if interest and beauty in my life.

Very glitchy, often loses bids or doesn't register bids and you lose an item you were wanting to buy. Also, lately it has been added 100% buyers commission onto lots instead of the advertised rate of circa 20%.
It continues to drop me out as a signed in. Every time I'm signed in, make sure to remember me marked, I close down this app... and later in a day open again and it asks again to log in.... sooo frustrated, you got to fix it
I have so much fun with this site and app. I love to search for artist work that I have. Also help friends find the values of items they have. Great app from bidding to researching.
I've been using invaluable a lot lately. Oh look an email from Invaluable with a very unique object, I will press on it and check it out. Nope, when pressing on the object it just takes me to the main invaluable page. Literally have no idea how to find the auction, oh well. Does the same when pressing on Google links to specific artists being sold on invaluable. Would continue with examples of how terrible this app is but at character limit has been reached. AM USING LATEST VERSION OF APP.
