Was using the simple inventory tracker app when it popped up saying I could use groups for items in this inventory app. Sounded great so I downloaded it.Except the group function doesn't do anything.Its just a blank page with sort/filter settings that are useless. There is no way to add items to groups on the group page or while adding or editing an item This was the one feature I needed and that was ADVERTISED TO ME and it doesn't even work. Now questioning if I should use any zoho app at all.
Best apps ever. I will try the free version a few months before go for full paid version. Looking forward for that. Highly recommended
It can be a little time consuming BUT the value is unbelievable! Everything is on point when you enter in the data. Love how you can attach files and photos, record payments and shipping data, purchase orders. If I could get it to link my shipping label data to my customer package section it would be wonderful. One shop setup for all my transactions on the go. Love it!
Doesn't even work. When you sign in it just refreshes the login screen over and over endlessly. Waste of time
Great free inventory control. Would prefer ability to modify what I see in the apps. For ex. remove features I dont need
Simply brilliant. Beautiful user interface, very intuitive actions, versatile user options, clean and uncluttered pages. Also, very stable. A sheer pleasure to use and does everything you need, effortlessly and reliably.

Just downloaded it. Have been using invoicing for over 5 yrs, but this is amazingly amazing.
Very good business management app ,No ads and easy to use
The program functions like a dream.. but it's a bit cost prohibitive But functionally, I couldn't ask for more. One critique: If I create a payment method of escrow, it changes to paid as a status. Technically, escrow needs to close or be disputed...so ideally there would be a status of IN escrow, then paid/closed. I would suggest adding escrow as a preloaded payment form and adding the other two invoice status....that's the only work around I found that I needed. Not sure if I can afford it
The app doesn't link with all eBay items to show what has been shipped, and the pics do not import, either. Packages to be shipped remains at zero even after labels are printed.
By night I'm a small business owner and by day I'm a product owner for inventory software (not a competitive product as the one I work on fits a very niche market only) I can't say enough good things about Zoho and this app is no exception. My business does kitting of some of our items and the composit item function is a life saver. I disagree with having a quote function in this app like some have suggested, doing that from Zoho Books or Zoho CRM both work well and are already integrated.
Not many features, no purchase option, no PO, no editing of invoice, etc. The mobile version should be the same as the desktop version.
The best inventory management so far. unlimited products, unlimited transactions, completely free with no ads. extremely user friendly with many reporting features. i would love to give 5 stars
I have lots of issues with unflexible working programs of zoho. Primarily i want automated integration with my platforms for sales order. Secondary when i creat invoice from sales order i dont want all the items in the invoice i just want item group head name as item and rest of there varient in description Adding to much item variant in Item list seems very unprofessional on pages and last thing is whenever i created sales package i have to remove all the item again to select one item Change it
You can not easily update stock amounts. And it forces you to input data that particular don't need. I'm a restaurant owner and this app is cumbersome for restaurant management. For another type of business but not restaurant.
App has many bugs. Many times i am going to select a batch from my inventory item it's showing mismatch in batches. But i am choosing the correct batches. Please fix this
This App is Working fine, I am using free trial version. I have updated 154 products with images. It saves my time and its user friendly. This is perfect to know your stock and sales.
The best Inventory Management App that you can use, it's easy to use and does everything it says it will. I have tried a few others but Zoho Inventory Management beats them all hands down, try it for yourself and I know that you will agree 👍
Very slow while login/sign up.. I waited for 5 mins and then closed the app.. was unable to get into sign in page😤😤. I've been using Zoho for years,but this app is not upto the standards other products offer..
A nice step to actually have an app for this. There are many things missing, but I know more is coming. Do you foresee adding the possibility to add images to the items from the camera phone? This would be very helpful.
Very worst support by their people, and very high cost, there are lots of app is available with very good features like, customer filter, product catelogue, online store creation,... By low prices, ex: Pogo91, Instabee, omniretail! Pls dont go with this app, try another applications in play store!!!

I cant add new item, when i do that it keep asking to select at least one item type while i already check one item type. please fix this and i will raise my star. edited : thank you for the zoho team, the respond are so good they even call you..
Totally ignoring my support requests. There are a lot of moments, where I don't understand. And when I write to pop-up or to support, no one replied me for a week already.
no bill creation, delivery challan and return option. this app is useless without these. and as per web version in credit notes, the amount should be adjust in PURCHASE BILL also.
unit conversion for products...I should be able to sell items in kg or in pounds as well in meters or in inch...please update the inventory system to have this feature...
I have just started using the app, but it is working great! I have been looking through many inventory apps, and this is my favorite so far. On top of being free, there are so many features including adding prices that other apps make you pay for. My only complaint so far is that I wish the prices were shown on the inventory list instead of the unit or even the option to have either. I feel like that would be more convenient. Otherwise, highly suggested.
