- be able to set the state of the heat pump pool heater, such as ON/OFF setting, target water temperature setting, mode setting, timer setting, etc.
- be able to get more information about the water temperature changes through temperature curve.
- be informed of any failures of the heat pump pool heater.
- be provided with considerate service that the suppliers will solve any detected problems of the units in the background before you ask for assistance.

Using this app to manage EvoHeat DHP-50R pool heat pump. Poor UI design making this akward to use. The background colour is a poor choice; the dial to read and adjust target Temp is difficult to read; poor design of the menus and settings buttons; the weather forecast function not working; insufficient help/faqs; No features for linking to Alexa/Google/IFTTT. Overall: It does have the basic functions, but app design is not even at high school level.
Incredibly slow and sometimes just fails to connect. Now when I try and look at history it says 'No data' and crashes. History used to work, why has it suddenly stopped? Waste of $262.90.
It worked when I first installed it now it says offline. I have tried deleting the inverter to re add it but when you delete it it keeps reappearing oddly two copies. I guess the account is damaged now but not sure how to reset the user. Will see if I can contact the maker
Useless! WiFi connection constantly says off-line and barely ever works first try, so don't hope to be able to control anything remotely.
Absolutely horrendous. Have full wifi strength signal and it still won't connect. Pathetic app for an expensive heat pump. Get your act together. If youre going to provide a wifi app then make sure it works! Useless absolutely useless!
App doesn't work properly. Often shows device as offline even though it is on the network and connected to the internet. Have not been able to get in touch with tech support via email. Please contact me to discuss.
Doesn't work. Two weeks to register the account after repeated attempts. Now just hangs at the opening page. Worse than useless
Cannot pair with a device after multiple attempts. Documentation and support is poor.
Still completely inadequate Obviously the only way to keep your one name of one pool is to constantly keep app open 24/7. Hence the permissions Really.
Useless. Keeps on losing the setup of my heat pump. Probably the worst app in the world!!
Absolute rubbish... Stalls, can't find my pool pump then it finds it, then it disappears... Rubbish
I'm prepared to pay for this if it was working but with over 30 years in IT I can't get it to work! Shame on you!

Doesn't log in very frustrating
Horrendously slow. Every time the app is opened (even after switching between apps) it takes about 10-15 seconds for the app to refresh the data displayed on the screen. If you try to change anything during this time, such as turn the heat pump on or off, this command is not actioned.
