Fairly smooth but designed for the USA market. I'm in Australia. Couldn't set the finance for interest only either, only repayment which I wouldn't do. As a result the property reported as a loss making entity. No good for my use.
Where do you enter average Market rents, Capital expenditures, number of units, NOI, CAP rate, expenses, Etc. This seems like it's more of a loan calculator than an investment analyzer. Oh, it's in the premium package. I don't have the premium so I'm evaluating the app on the free version.
i love this app.. its great for a quick snapshot look at potential cash flow. only negative feedback i have pretains to this review. In the middle of working so i hit the "remind me later" button and about 1 hr later the pops up with the same question. over and over and over again.
great app to analyze deals in real estate. just wish thete would be an option to add a picture of the property that i have.
Was very good. Now when I open it a Lending Tree ad comes up and will not go away - making the app unusable. PLEASE FIX SO I CAN USE IT AGAIN
Always crashes on samsung galaxy s7. Sent feedback several times but no response. Unsable! Not recommended at all
whenever i go to another app, like calculator or Trulia, this app would restart each time. it doesn't just pick up from where u left off.
Simple with no advertisement interruptions. Gets the job done for analyzing deals in a flash.
I would give it a 5; but, I don't rent SW! Months, yearly or otherwise. I purchase!

gives a pretty accurate estimate of costs. could benefit from allowing percentage ratios in more categories than monetary numbers.
Why does a calculator need access to my photos and media? When I deny it force closes.

This app is easy to use. My only complaints are that I can't upload a picture with the properties and the app closes when I minimize or go to my calculator. Otherwise it's a wonderful tool.
