Sometimes it is hard to access especially on weekends. This app rather frequently, once I access it quits without any reason. It is very frustrating. Once I get in after two trie, it works fine. I had no problems with the old app.

Not working well. It closes automatically when you click on it and you have to repeatedly try to get it to stay open. Plus, the default is checked to remember your ID and you have to remember to unchecked it when you sign on. At least I think they finally got Zelle working for androids.

Echoing similar comments already posted. This app no longer works consistently. Too often it crashes while opening. I am lucky to be able to log on using my tablet or phone. The app needs a major overhaul.

Just updated and now I can't open application. Message pops up saying something about violating security polices and then closes. This is 2nd time this has happened after an update. It took over 2mos to fix. So tired of having same probs with this app.

Most basic of apps, cannot see interest rates on account which is a bit deceptive. Cannot see title of account. Can only see balance and transactions. Not impressed.

This app is absolutely worthless I downloaded it because it was the only app that failed from changing phones. I have other banking apps from different banks nothing has gone wrong with any other apps except for this one. utterly useless

I called customer service because all I get is a white screen. I was told that since the update it only works with apple phones not Android I was told it could take months before they fix the problem.

For the longest time the app worked fine. Now it will not even open. You try to open it and it takes so long to load that my tablet closes it but it works fine on my phone and laptop. I've tried deleting it and then reloading it, no luck. I think they may need to send out updates at least once a month or so. I had problems opening once before and when they finally sent an update it worked fine. App needs work.

Update (3/2022). All fixed. Works great! Orig: Not great photo capture for check deposit. Auto capture did not work, so forced to wait for that to fail before manual capture option. Buttons also slow to respond to clicks, so I clicked submit front photo twice. Then had to redo whole thing. Needs work.

Edit: After two months it's working again (Ever since the October 9th update this app is broken. It will not load up and all you get is a white screen. I've done all of the troubleshooting(no luck) waited for a month for this to be fixed, and apparently a lot of people are having the same issues. It seems this app is not of importance and not being monitored for critical issues like this, and this is why it's earned a one-star for failing the most basic function of working, in any capacity.)

The app often freezes or won't allow me to log in. Makes online banking extremely inconvenient. Have had multiple incidents where the app/whole banking system in general goes down and can't even use my debit card. This is very dangerous especially when it happens on the weekends or late at night and there is no support available. It left me stranded on one occasion because I could not access my account to pay for transportation home one evening. Will most likely be changing banks soon.

Overall, the app works great. Only one complaint- the add biller feature can really use an upgrade. I tried adding a company that was not coming up in the search result and there is no manual way to add it. The only other option is to add a person, which I can't use. Please add an option to manually add a company, the account number, and address.

Consistently can not get into Zelle. This is very frustrating and inconvenient, especially when I'm not near my laptop. Have not been able to get into it for a month. Deleted the app and reinstalled and now I can't log on at all. Can't even get into the app now. Very inconvenient and frustrating.

Updates frequently break the app, leaving it unusable most of the time. It won't open with USB Debugging enabled, and 2/3 of the app updates crash with an vague "security policy violation" error. I'm finally changing banks due to what is essentially a lack of a (working) mobile app.

Lousy app. Every month I struggle to get my payment on time to my biller. Updates force me to uninstall other apps, which I do. After the update is completed, the app doesn't open any more than prior to the update completion. I try login in again, but it won't do so. I am asked that I update again. There is no end to the struggle to get my only one biller paid in time. If not enough, I am expected to pay a surcharge of $15.00 to make payment due date on time. Such ordeal to pay my bill.

It freezes a lot. The camera doesn't operate properly anymore, keeps stating to use a darker background. Is black dark enough!? What gives? I have managed to deposit 2 checks in 3 days. I had to uninstall the app at least 7 times and then try to take photo again. And I had no problems at all until the recent promo to use mobile check deposit!

Maybe it's just me but, it kinda sucks. Half of the time it's loading or stalls, or doesn't work at all. & This is AFTER your last upgrade. Why is there no problem with other banking apps? & An "upgrade" thats really a downgrade, with an 'Automated Click program' that automatically rejects usage. Uninstalling.

I can't deposit checks through the app. I've tried dis/reenabling permissions, force stopping the app, clearing settings, even uninstalling with no resolution. This is pretty much the only reason I need the app and it doesn't work...

I love the fact that I can access my accounts, 24/7, with ease and the great feeling of security. I can transfer either way in seconds. Once I pull up my account, I can see deposits, checks and my card use. A definite advantage and convenience with this app. Thank you, Investors Bank Mobile!
