I don't often comment on apps but feel provoked to do so. Despite receiving the magazine in the post (yes that means I am a subscriber) it wants me to log on yet again! This took several attempts to be recognised. It's slow to load and has no search facility. Bit clunky really.
Seems loads of people can't log in after getting an email acceptance. It's a nuisance but can be sorted quickly by getting in touch with customer service. No idea why, and the should sort it, but once working, app is nice.
Oh! How i wish i'd read the reviews before subscribing and downloading. Invalid credentials. Tried the password reset but no email 4 hours later. This stuff as to work, or people will just move on without even finishing the sent...
It does not work. I even had a email saying account and direct debit is set up and that was days ago. I emailed customer support several days ago and still no response. Turnaround time of 5 days apparently, which is rubbish. Think I will cancel as the customer journey is very bad
Very poor app. If it carries on like this I'm canceling. Please sort it out. September 2021 great to see no feed back from the developers! App still pants I have to delete and reinstall the app every Thursday evening! What's the point of reviews if the developers don't respond? Zero stars from me.
working well for me. registered on their website and can log in and see the magazine's and articles okay. the polish of the app can be improved, however content is there which is the main thing.
This app works fine on my Android 9 phone but still cannot sign in on my Samsung S5e Android 11 tablet. However, Samsung did release a software up update for the S5e on 25 October 2021 which more or less corresponds with the app not working.
Poor, poor, poor. Password reset requests seem to be simply ignored, they certainly aren't actioned. I can't decide whether this app is a waste of money or outright theft, and I'm tending towards the latter.
This app was fine until the recent update but since then it will not work and keeps returning to the login stage. If this persists I will cancel my subscription to the Investors Chronicle.
Regular problem of not being recognised when trying to log on. My browser prevents me from submitting my username and password via the app and warns me that the page is not secure.
App was OK but periodically it logs me out and then I cannot log back in again. No obvious reason for this as the website works fine.
Today I cannot access to app when it asked me to re login and gone into the page where it didn't show up the login page but stayed there with blank page. Fix it please
I've had log in issues since last update and it's blocks me from downloading the new issue, please get it sorted
Based upon the reviews I've just read, it's a "hard-copy delivered to your door only" app for a worthwhile experience.
Can't log in since the last update. Keeps saying 'sign in failed'. Get this sorted ASAP please.

Despite being a subscriber for digital and paper confirmed cannot log in frustrating I spoke to someone again today confirms I am upto date in subs yet cannot help me to read online. Can someone help
Wont let me buy magazines. Keeps saying decline on all sort of payment types and on phone and tablet
I can't access issues using my subscription on the web. So I thought I'd try the app. It's no better 😟
Terrible - subscribed but won't let me download. Not good. Very bad.
I just buy issues when I want, fantastic does the job a great reader.
It has always worked fine for me, on various smartphones and nexus7. But I still prefer straightforward web access to IC so I don't know why they bothered!
After an initial delay accessing content (waiting for Direct Debit to be processed), the app works really well. Nicely grouped into sections. Past editions available for download. A subscription isn't cheap, but the quality of the journalism and in depth stock analysis is excellent and ultimately worth the price to someone that wants be to make significant investments.
