I got information off one of the message boards on your site/app that I couldn't find anywhere else on the web. The layout and overall look of the app is poor. The functionality/user experience is also undesirable. It looks cluttered outdated and just ugly. I would scrap the whole website and app and start over. Sorry for being so critical because I do have an appreciation for what you provide.

it's pretty bad. Barely functional, glitchy, missing basic feature like post editing. the website is relatively good. this mobile app is an embarrassment. edit: changed my password and now the app won't let me log in at all. I'm 100% sure I'm inputting the correct password. this app is just garbage.

I paid for the service, downloaded the app for my phone and apparently they want additional money (on top of the $85 a month) for me to access level 2 on my phone. Needless to say I've deleted the app and am cancelling the garbage service. BEWARE - They add fees and charges to everything!!!

As another reviewer indicated, this was working fine on my tablet, then it stopped working. I log in and it logs me right out. Open ticket with ihub support. Though I have received response, no solution. Works fine on my desktop. But I travel frequently and rely on my tablet heavily. In its current format the app fails me

Logged in but request login when viewing trades then states already logged on other device (incorrect) and doesn't show trades. Also dashboard looks...novice and cheap Also won't display some stocks on my watch list because there are "no boards" for them...giving up on this app.

It was working fine on my pad until the last update. Now it constantly crashes when I try to load it. I'm paying the $50 per month for level 3. Not worth a penny now...

Update 2021/November - Constant Bugs - Freezing - Message Service Freezing. I'm going to cancel premium services. Feels like they're taking payment but ZERO Improvements all through 2020/2021 Just more charges Charge premiums for service, yet they're probably sitting on an overloaded server to save money... the app freezes all the time, Real time quotes? A joke?

Overall good app. Would have rated 5 stars but it crashes every time i try to "Ignore" someone it crashes, and minimal but random crashes as well.

Very buggy and not accurate information. Lvl2 data is unavailable even though I'm a subscriber. Trade data is duplicated and shown multiple times for same buy/sell.

poorly designed. its a pain to use as its very user unfriendly. it seems like the creators never used it after publishing. anyone who has used an email app could make this much better than they did.

Here is my opinion and why this is garbage. Moderators and admin get to decide the bias on the stock boards. If they do not like what you have to say, prepare to be silenced. Mobile app missing so many necessary things vs website. If you want to follow boards with manipulated sentiment, this app is for you. Definitely not worth a subscription and not worth the space for the free version.

Great content overall, but app does require a redesign. The new website design is looking more modern so I hope they follow suit with the app.

why did you move the next post arrows to top of page.??????..stupid move, not functional as people use thumbs and bottom of screen most frequently. much more difficult read message boards also, i can't clear out board posts like i the past. ...please change back both features....

Keeps saying unable to connect to streamer on my tab 3 ...I have updated everything , and it still doesnt work right .. Chrome stopped supporting it ? UPDATE : My tab3 is now supported. UPDATED UPDATE :: Now it says my login was unsuccessful ... on my phone also ... sigh ...

App is complete garbage. Functions alot less than the website and theres a really really large amount of ads for this app.

I see this was updated recently. For the boards, the unread posts indicator still doesn't work. Anyway we can get that to directly pull up the unread posts?

major issues fixed. New features. it's UI is easy to navigate

Run by scam artists, not even close to being easy to use. Even trying to upgrade an account is next to impossible. Do not recommend.

Please remove the follow/unfollow board button from being right next to the next/previus button while viewing messages. It is too easy to hit the unfollow button by mistake

website is only good for charts other then that, the criminals running it should be tossed in solitary confinement. IMO - 5 stars for me..

Can't have both browser and App. I get that its their call, could be better to have both.

The app can't event recognized a valid email address for registration. Omplete Waste of time.

Best app for traders that need a stock listing and stock research and realtime if you buy a subscription..

First time ever leaving a review on any app. Came here hoping for solid advice or discussions but the boards get taken over by dark, hateful spam by people shorting the stocks. The worst part of it all is that even after several requests the admins will not let me delete my account. My email and any other info is apparently stuck here forever.

Was decent app. But after last updwte, app won't run on my tablet.

Says not a real email address. 3rd time trying to install in 2 years android same problem
