After I upgraded my phone it would not open the app at all. Keeps opening the web browser. Support has made an effort
I use this app all the time and it works great. Have used it for more than a year for my contracting business. Makes great looking invoices and is easy to use and learn.
It's a pretty solid application. Hope that we can have more features added. Like maybe automatic client updates?
So Far So Good. Best app I've found available for a small Carpentery business. Has a place for purchase order numbers & it's simple to use. 10 out of 10👍
Been using it about a year now and have had no issues at all! Quick yo use and customers seem to like it!
simple to use for the most part. seems they are always adding improvements, seems like I have to update the app once a month obviously that's no big deal. typically each time I do whatever changes that were made during the update are definitely improvements!
So far we are pretty impressed with app. Great price User friendly. My only down side is on the invoices when a customer has given a deposit I reflect it on the invoice and the total price still shows original amount at bottom right. We have had customers get confused. Where total is it should have another line with new total automatically adjusted not just listed. As we all know customers just look at numbers they don't calculate the difference. The invoice should do that automatically.
I just got the app, so fairly new. It works excellent, easily create a formal estimate or invoice. You can add custom features, like a company logo. You can also email or text the documents directly from the app. It works and it appears to be totally free. The only negative thing i can think of is last week when i stubbed my toe. The app didn't cause it though.
Not bad features. A little clunky to get started. Besides the false start attempts where the company insisted that I inputted it in wrong, even though it is an automatic input for me and it wasn't until they asked what email address I used (which I once again auto sent them did it work within hours afterwards. I appreciate the assistance, but don't forget "The customer is always right"; STOP trying to put the onus on the customer. I found it unsettling customer relations.
I love this app only issue i have with it is if a client pays and money is in the bank it still say payment outstanding in app and i have to manually mark it payed also the fact that in Australia our financial year begins and ends of the 30th of June not the 1st of January hope there is a way to change this in the future I have changed it several times on the app and it just changes back it wont hold the setting on the app
Didn't give it 5 stars only because it has certain limitations regarding inputting addresses. If you don't have a complete address you're somewhat inhibited and most of the addreses used are emails. Thst and the inability to link directly to many payment options (PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, etc.). Other than that, very easy to use and the small associated cost is manageable. Looking towards the improvements.
This app this awesome. Hope i never have problems with it. It has everything that a business would need to do invoices and estimates and so much more. Awesome app and very easy to use.. i just think the price is alittle high for a yearly subscription. Other than that its perfect.
Amazing app for our family cleaning business, can invoice and receipt as well as remind customers of payments. Even has a graph to show your earnings over the weeks months and years!
Great, biggest flaw is pictures can only be input 1 at a time. Sounds simple but it's a huge part of creating an invoice. Used to be a lot of flaws and had major issues with sending estimates however it seems they finally worked that out. Haven't had issues for close to a year.
We are busy trying the BillDu and there seems to be an issues where the discount for a specific client doesnt seem to appear on the mobile app? Is this normal or am i missing something? Mobile app is working perfectly and can deal not having the discount per client pulling through the app. The Billdu team always willing to help and quick to reply to any questions. Would recommend this to everyone.
I have used this app for all my invoicing, for 3 years now. I've given it only 3 stars because, it's just lacking in everything it does. For example, this year, the email that's pre typed, is one long sentence. Invoices numbers, have to be manual entered. Summaries dont calculate. It's hard to "confirm payment" I also think, £22 for a year is overpriced, for an app that's not 5*.
They keep changing the app and it gets worse each time. constantly missfuntion
I can no longer log in with my phone. It's not compatible with all my Google saved pass and I can't even reset it for my phone. So far so good. After using it for about a year now i cant live without it. I recommend. Im using the basic subscription and that fits my needs.
Just a few days in to using the app but it's been extremely user friendly with a very clean and functional UI, customizable without going to extremes. It provides the important stuff without all the extra garbage.

This app has many faults. The templates for emails etc do not display properly and I haven't been able to fix them. The receipts for payment don't show any tax amounts and I couldn't find where to fix this in the settings. The "STATE" in clients details keeps defaulting back to ACT even when changed in the client screen. The payment period keeps defaulting to 31 days, so this has to be changed for every invoice.
Wonderful app. I just lost all my data after update! Was quite a lot of data... And after update, I can no longer have Items as a saved option, and then when i select it, I can just add quantity. Now I have to do all individually. That is really a lot of work... Please bring back the older version..
Please add deposit or down payment option...Then it would be perfect and I could delete other billing app I have to use to request portion of bill. Thank you for the partial payment option. Updating my experience; after renewing my subscription which means to renew all services I was told that my client list does not renew. I asked for an explanation and they told me to buy the highest subscription a month after I renewed. Makes no sense to me if I just renewed services. Received a full refund because they couldn't resolve the issue correctly im using invoice simple now.
