I will give it a 2 star!! I've been using these for a many years with no issue until they wanted me to pay for renewing when I already had invoices left over but you can't use them cause they lock all the features on my account!! And the renewal prices have gone up hell of alot why should you have to pay for something when you have already have loads of invoices leftover. You should be able to use up the invoices and then renewal not keep adding to your previous. Was brill until this year.
I've used invoice togo since it became available. I have many tools that I used daily but this is more useful than any of them. It has been the best tool for a small business and it only improves as time goes on. I recommend it to any and every service based company. The reports, the time savings, and the overall professional look are just a few of the features. Not to mention that my customers absolutely love it as well. If you don't have it? Get it!!
Paid for a subscription. After a few days I was locked out of my account and ask to verify my email. The email was misspelled so I could not verify email address. Could not get this issue resolved. But while trying to resolve issue I found out I'm being charged through my play account. I never authorized that, I used a debit card to pay for the subscription. So I had to do a stop payment with debit card, then cancel sub through play store as well. Also no way to get refund. I was ripped off.
Great application would like if there was option to use a different credit card services as stripe is a very horrible company with terrible customer services. I perfer invoice 2 go over other invoice apps the best options to make your company look well established Haven't found one yet that provides the same user friendly display would recommend application as long as you don't offer credit card payments.
Everything great I love it and easy to use. but I wish that 1 change would ha e been made: when I add pictures I want to be able to access all album folders innstead of seeing all the pictures and having to scroll through my entire album to find the picture I am looking for.
I wanted to renew but the only options available are either way to small (only 100 invoices annually) or WAY too big with unlimited everything at 4 times the price. Nothing in-between so im choosing to take my business elsewhere. First they got expensive, I stayed. Then they revamped the whole layout/platform which frustrated me for the last year and still I stayed. These new package are the last straw. Enough!
I have used this software for my business for as long as I can remember. Has always been amazing. Now they implemented there own version of payments instead of using Stripe like they have had for years. This new payment system will not connect to my bank account via Plaid even though my bank is supported, which now makes this app completely useless as now my clients cannot pay their invoices when I send them. Customer service is zero help. Canceled and went with quickbooks. What a shame.
Horrible experience with this horrible app, I'm locked out of my account, can't reset password or get a clear answer as to why this is happening all of a sudden? Very disappointed as I have lots of information I need, this is costing me clients and money, what am I paying for again? Customer support doesn't really know what to do, suggested I restart my phone and reset all network settings which didn't work either, still not able to get access to my account, this is incredibly stressful.
I've been using this app for my business for probably about 8 years. It has progressively got more and more expensive and at the same time more buggy. Not interested in having to "upgrade my plan" for some thing I previously had and now have had taken away. This app started with a one off up front purchase that some how became a subscription model with limited number of invoices you can send based on the plan. Wouldn't recommend it based on price point alone, but it's also ugly and unintuitive.
I've used this app for 3 years however they've changed price point so the only "real" option is the top tier $410/yr subscription no thank you better off finding a more professional company I hear Square works wonderfully
I'm a Master Plumber, I needed an easy Invoice App to be able to bill my customers, but look professional at the same time. Invoice2go has been great for that! The features available to make your invoice look however you want and have your own style is great. Also, very easy & self explanatory! I asked one of my repeat customers what she thought of my new invoice, she said it looks great and that she loves it!
Another app with poor customer service. My guess is they'll answer this feedback post and try to have me contact them directly at customer support or something. In that case, who the heck was I communicating with if it wasn't customer support? Instead of making a full of yourself Please contact me directly.

Any of the problems I had with the app seem to have been dealt with, it runs very smooth now I'm particularly pleased with the ease of use and the interface
Absolutely impossible to cancel your subscription. The app tells you to go to the website, and the website just opens the app, which tells you to go to the website.
Very simple and easy to use app. Great features and saves a lot of hassle and time.
All I want is the invoice to be formatted on one page instead of being so spread out all over the place, I've tried various things and been told it's not possible.
Constant syncing issues when adding items into an invoice. It would take 3-4 times to enter an item for it to save correctly despite mobile reception being far fr adequate. These were never resolved by tech support after about 5 requests. The final straw is the "class action waiver" in the T&C's. Far better products out there.
Says password/email is incorrect on the app, BUT can log in on computer desktop with no problem (yet). Chat support wasted an hour of my time asking to clear cache, uninstall, reinstall etc etc. Already had done ALL of that before contacting support. It wasn't until I saw another review and called support on the fact that my issue was one that others are having did they admit that they had technical issues and were working on it. Not good enough
Yes, the same idea with all friends who gave comment here, it is very expensive application in my country - Viet Nam, we use another application for restaurant and invoice for unlimited, it is about 60$/year, with salary of citizen here is about 200-250$/month, it is very expensive for business shop to buy this, it is over budget for my business. It is automatically log out and password is incorrect all the time, and why it has to limited the customers, it is very inconvenient to us.

CUSTOMER PAYMENTS WILL SAY COMPLETED AND AFTER 2 TO 3 DAYS OF WAITING FOR YOUR MONEY THERE'S A VERY GOOD POSSIBILITY THAT THE TRANSACTION WASN'T PROCESSED AND YOU HAVE TO CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER AND TRY TO EXPLAIN TO THEM WHY YOU NEED PAID AGAIN This app has troubled me so bad I have actually set a reminder to update my review on it every month do not waste your time I wish somebody would have had my experience and warned me
I have been using invoice2 go 7years now, Simply the best there is. So easy to use and maintain.
Program doesn't auto capitalize no matter what you do. Most annoying. Also sending emails from within app never goes. Really. Fire your program staff and hire someone worthy for a business app.
Great app and simple. Great to use on mobile devices. Can calculate labor and taxes at the same time.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐AMAZING!!! Nice guys, super fast to make a professional PDF invoice document with incorporated multy card payment options for my costumers making it easy both ends. Pls keep up the good work and pls don't lock me out again 🙏
I've been using this app for almost 10byears now. Force of a habit... they keep improving but they also change things for the worst. They don't have a recycle bin for invoices that got deleted accidentally. When adding a picture they don't lead you ro folder and you have to scrolling through hundreds of pictures till you find the right one. The support keeps saying my ideas are great but they never follow through with The improvements.
