Invoice & Estimate on the Go

Ok app. Not that easy to use in the start but once you get going it does what it says on the box. But what really irritated me is that they market it as free but after 5 invoices you can't continue using the app unless you pay nearly 10€ for it and that is a subscription fee so not even one off.

This app is awesome! Very easy to use and quick for making up invoices. Unfortunately since the latest update, the app won't even open up anymore, it's just stuck on the logo when it first opens, It won't go past it for some reason. Even Uninstalled and reinstalled, no luck. Very very unfortunate as I have all my billing info amd everything on it. Not sure what the deal is. A quick fix would be greatly appreciated!

Go ahead and download it... I own a small construction company and have used several invoice apps over the years and this is by far the best. From the easy to navigate fields to the section you can add pics and descriptions, and the ease of sending via email or text so that they can view and sign it from their phone or computer. This app is great! Also helps to keep customers contact info organized, very user friendly

As the name says very simple to use. Everything is very well laid out and options are easy to find meaning less time wasted. Have been using it weekly for over a year and have never had any issues. It is not fully free as after the first 3 invoices it asks you to pay. However it is worth the £6 a month in my opinion.

Easy Peasy! From knowing nothing about invoicing by app to generating a professional looking invoice in less than 10mins. I was a sceptic, but not any more.... Still going strong, no issues with it as it stands, but would like an option to have a document that allows communication with reference to the previous invoice.

Customer service reply to my review, saying that a Samsung keyboard update was creating the issues, but i have issues with my chromebook (not Samsung) also, so it doesn't makes sense!. App was great for 2 years for me! Update! Keep saying grammarly its causing the crashes, but i don't have Samsung grammarly in my chromebook, so I'm not planning on renewing my subscription if they keep going around with it.

This is an awesome app, easy to use, great looking invoices, but it isn't accessible. After using my 3 free invoices it asks you to subscribe. After many HOURS of conversations, rebooting, reinstalling & many conversations I realised I was on my own. After confirming the transaction with my bank, the app would not allow me access to continue. The only way i could clear the glitch was to reboot my phone and at that point lose the transaction. ☹️

Does everything I need it to. Have it on the iPad so I can invoice as soon as I finish up at a client's address. It allows you to see if they've opened it or not which is HUGE for me and determines when I send a payment reminder (payment reminder not an option in the app, I send through text/email separately to client)

Great app haven't used it long but is just what I was looking for. I love how I can save my items to reuse for future invoices and estimates. When a customer pays cash I can mark the invoice as paid and it automatically changes to a receipt on the customer end. I can now set items as coupons. This will save so much time. Thank you so much for this app!

As an independent contractor for 20 years, being able to create estimates with my phone on the move is huge. I have used several apps before finding this one, and this is by far the best. One of my favorite features is that it tells you when your invoice is delivered, and best of all, when it has been read by your customer. Let them try to tell you they never got your bill !!

Absolutely changed the way I bill for work. I'm just a simple contractor, most of my deals where the ol hand shake or gentleman's agreements. The bill would be "ehhh, give me 500" Now it looks clean, it's easy to use and now I've got several other contractors using it for the professional look. I get compliments on it from my clients as well basically saying that they have a hard time collecting invoices from contractors. However, I would SHARE it via your personal/business email. Not in app.

Writing estimates=simple. Converting estimates to invoices=simple. DO NOT use the accept credit cards. 4 days since my customer made the payment. Still doesn't show payment pending or anything. The contact us feature is useless. 3-4 hours response time according to them. 2 days no response. Now I'm going to have to fight to get a refund for the subscription. Bad enough I have to cover my customers stop payment. BEWARE.

It is a great invoiBut you can only do limited things. In a business, an app just for invoices and estimates is very limiting. I need expenses and such too. I have two payment methods and you keep double billing me. . As it is, 13.00 a month is insane for only invoicing. I'm tired of subscriptions for literally everything. Pretty soon we will need a sub to breathe. Just let us purchase the app once. We used to be able to purchase software. Now EVERYTHING IS SUBSCRIPTION STOP BILLING ME 26.

We have 2 small businesses and use the app for both, we love it because it is easy to use and fairly affordable. We been using for just over 2 years and have recommended to other companies several times. Would be nice if we could get a feature to generate separate listings for the end of year though, I will reach out to devs and see what they have to say. Thanks

A quick and easy to use app, perfect for writing invoices working as a self employed sole trader. However it's not free. I don't know why I thought it was. It's £10 a month subscription which is pricey. Blame myself for trusting a quick Google search of "free invoice writing apps" nothing is free.

Apk is very good. Invoices are pretty simple make. Best application for work, just missing one big thinks and is invoices templates. For example like Home invoice have over 100 beautiful templates to choose, that's a big think what missing here, invoices are just boring. Otherwise very gud apk, especially you can see it when was invoice delivery and when was opened.

Perfect! I am a young architect currently gaining experience through providing professional drawings to aid in planning applications and this app was more than perfect. Very professional outcome and very simple and easy to use! Will be sticking to this for all of my future projects. Even notified me when my client had received and read the invoice!

This easy-to-use app is exactly what I was looking for.. fast, efficient, intuitive. Quick and easy professional looking invoices, emailed to my client with 1 hit of the send icon! And a great record keeping system as well. Excellent!

LOVE this app! Easy to use and very professional. Support team is quick to respond and very helpful. Would love to see more streamlined functions, for recurring clients/invoices/payments, more exporting options, and options to schedule invoices and/or batch send a bunch of invoices at once.

My initial 5 stars are based on opening the app and ease of use....I installed this to test it for my wife created an invoice sent it to her in the file type it outputs to to her email in probably less than 2 minutes then opened it as a pdf and sent it to her email once again I am impressed so far let's see if any updates create problems for the app in near future. I loved the app and how user friendly it is. It was free when I downloaded it. I was surprised when I went to use it today that it was now $100 a year. I know a $100 isn't much if you own your own business and it's a full time job. But for me to pay that when, I only use it several times a year for odd jobs isn't going to happen. I downloaded another invoice app for free that works great.

I've been using this app fo a goid 5 years now. Its brilliant easy to use. It keeps all the note,quotes,invoices and remembers them. So its easy when making new ones. I just have to pick up what I want I send ot over to clients.

So I've had the app for about four months. It works very well. Gives me the ability to accept credit cards and PayPal as well asthe checks. I can print hard copies and I just discovered I can have it on multiple devices.

I love this application, I've been waiting for something like this for years! It's simple and easy to use but also looks professional. I'm curious though, which inventory system integrates best? Maybe with QuickBooks as well?

Just downloaded it and made one invoice, super simple and easy to navigate. I like that I can add pictures of customers products and the option for online payments. I also like the dated history of all invoices as well.
