I've been working with the software since its inception as Invoice Maker Pro. This software fits my changing needs as my business grows thanks in part to the accommodating nature of its creator. Over the years I've contacted him regarding the pet peeves of working with software and every time the next upgrade happened, my specific issue was either resolved or updated in a way I could work with comfortably. I don't use nearly all the great features. Looking forward to checking out the new template
I recently started my own handyman service, and I've been trying out several different different estimating/ invoicing apps, and I have to be honest, your app is the only one that has about everything I could ask for. It is fantastic, the yearly fee is very reasonable, and the features that come alongside are perfect. I can't begin to describe how satisfied I am. I didn't even need 24 hours before purchasing the upgrade. Thank you so much, your app is awesome!
We are very pleased with both this product and their customer support! The mobile app works great for our immediate estimate needs and the web version allows us to manage and/or update client information! Additionally, their customer support is amazing! I run a small refrigeration/hvac shop. This app is perfect for my invoicing. I can write an invoice anywhere. It allows me to pull up old invoices quickly and search for pricing i've charged my customers in the past. Very easy to use, very pleased!
***UPDATE*** Yes! thank you very much for fixing the problem and reimbursement for the duplicated subscription. My app wasn't working properly early this year, and inspite that I'm enrolled in a yearly subscription it made me pay again for a new one in order to have access to my account. I have emailed the developer about this issue twice, no one has contacted me. Meanwhile my original subscription automatically renewed and I have been charged for two duplicated subscriptions!!!! Very upset!
the guys are very helpful when you have an issue i know it can be a pain but iv been using this app for 5-6 years but wish they could offer a little customing as needed per user, for example rather then only offer stripe merchant services offer paypal or venmo etc, have yet to have a customer not have issues with credit cards, or offer more forms like purposels rather then just estimates it would be convenient to use the same platform for everything, but i love the accounting set up they have
It's good so far. My only issue I have had was setting up the invoice format. Really tricky and not easy to get the information in the order it was needed. Instead I needed to keep playing around with the format until it slightly worked. Ie, I have bank details in phone numbers, ABN in the address section.
this app makes admin so much easier, just wish I could a few minor changes after a estimate has been converted to invoice, to switch it back to estimate and also be able to search old clients estimates. Other wise this app is a great time saver.
Superb invoice app, with the ability to create invoices on the fly, to be able to see which invoices are outstanding and to be able to instantly see the combined revenue for any financial year at a glance are just a few of the things that make this app so useful.
Does everything i need it to do, and makes organizing invoicea easy. The only thing that would make this even better is if it had a way to send "overdue" notices to clients.
This is a great app until they started charging a monthly fee. I paid for the pro version 3 years ago, now all of a sudden I have to pay a monthly fee to use it. Keep your stupid app

decent, no actual direct help line, email help lags, sometimes when you email out the invoices, clients do not recieve. so I have to email it to myself then forward.....I'm looking for another app currently
I love app. but sometimes I can not send invoices by email, there is a bug, and that it is a very big problem!!
App works great, I think the reoccurring payment option could be set up a little different but overall it's great.

Fantastic app for invoicing but can not access expense reciepts once put in. Needs more detailed accounting. Other than that it's great.
Great app. was easy to switch phones and keep all my client data. Great for estimates and billing with many automated features
I love the app, love that you can voice in information. The only thing I would change is that the invoices that are shown give a little bit more details you can identify the invoices

When I'm sending my invoices out, I send them many different ways. I accidentally saved a setting for future reference and now when I want to send a picture I can only send it on Facebook messenger. I've looked all over to for where I can undo this and I can't find a setting for this. Is there a place to change this that you could tell me about? And if not, you should add it to your app. It would be helpful. Update: I was able to fix the setting. It has since been a super helpful app to use!
