This app has been great to use. I've met some of the staff at events & interacted through support & all great people. The gimmick they are using to make more money is annoying though. I've never had a problem getting tickets in Phoenix. If they still offered an unlimited plan for $10-20 more I could understand but limiting to 3 events with no rollover is too restrictive for it to be worth my money. I'll try it for 1-2 months more to see if unlimited comes back, if not I'm going to have to cancel
Sceptical with the change from unlimited to a set number of events. The best part of using this app was going to events I wouldn't typically go to. Now I have to decide if it's worth it to continue using, only hoping the events I actually want to go to are available and skipping things I'm on the fence about. I understand this was probably a necessary move but it completely changes the use of the app to me. I'll continue on pause for a bit, but I see this as something I'll be canceling soon.
App does not work. Great concept, way too many bugs once you try to use. I have now been charged $40 in "no show fees" because once i got to the game i could not download my ticket. So i had to end up buying tickets at the door. The options for events i acually want to go to are limited and there are never tickets available. Even when i have full bars the app says "error no internet connection" I have already unsubscibed and i will be deleting this app. Would be nice if they could reimburse me.
Overall a really good app and concept. Everything seems to work well and every venue is prepared for the Inwego app. The only major issue is that the guest tickets are too expensive compared to ticket sites so unless friends have the app, it doesn't make sense for them to use a guest pass through the app. Also would like better notifications when new events are added.
It used to be so much better. Now you have to work really hard to go to an event that you are interested in or that is popular. The current price does not match the current experience. Inwego a year ago was a much better user experience. Now, there are too many Inwego users and the ticket numbers and offers have not been scaled to match the demand.
This app is awful compared to the earlier ones. It constantly kicks the user out and requires a new security. I've had to obtain & enter no less than 30 security codes. I've had a confirmed ticket only to then be advised that I was logged out without a ticket. Terrible plan and app changes.
Service is great. App crashes constantly. I have to do every step 10-15+ times to get it to go through without crashing. Go to event page. Reserve ticket. Check in. Pull up ticket. Ten to fifteen times for each one, at least.
Been a member for about 2 months and so far so good!! I'm really enjoying get out more and you can't beat the price! I wish there was an option to pay money for points though! Because I like bidding concept when tickets are almost sold out!
We canceled our accounts. There were several events that we were unable to scan into. This always led to confusion on both the event and INWEGOs end. Usually I got in, eventually, but only after you contact them via FB messanger. This last event, however, even with their help we couldn't get in. Fortunately the guy at the gate felt bad and gave us handwritten tickets. This is after paying $20 to INWEGO for an additional ticket. INWEGO compensated us with their 'points' that are useless.
InWeGo has so much potential. The problem is LIMITED INVENTORY. The good events that people actually want to go to are always snatched up by people that use their limited "Early Access Points" before the event is even made public to the other paying customers. You basically only get enough early access points to choose one event worth going to each month. Going to one good event per month makes this no longer a good deal. In short, increase your ticket inventory and I will update to 5 stars. Thank you
it was a great product until i Just got new membership rules of only 3 events a month. It would be easier to pay for the small local events itself at that point. definitely cancelling after my current subscription is up. edit: officially cancelled not only is it not unlimited anymore the caliber of events definitely has declined.
waist of money. i understand the idea behind it, and thats good. but the events were very weak a lot of low budget evens it would have been cheaper to juat buy the ticket for the event. I gave it two stars becauwe its an easy to use app.
I was excited to try this new app but encountered an issue on my very first day of going to an event. The app doesn't warn you that you must be logged into the events WiFi in order to access your tickets and had me stuck on the credit card billing info causing me to loose my spot for the ticket. I'm very disappointed and for that I will be cancelling my membership. not worth the hassle I had to go through.
The app was presented with unlimited tickets and now is being changed. I can't properly rate this app right now. what if I go to 3 awesome shows and another posts after using my options.. I'd rather pay for unlimited, but it's no longer offered.
This is a waste of money. For an entire month I was unable to get any of the tickets I wanted. Plus, under Local there were events that were free to everyone & InWeGo was acting like, "look at these free tickets for members." The bidding & waiting for a chance to get tickets is also a pain. Even if you get yourself a ticket, guest tickets are more than you normally pay online. There is no value in this membership.
One of the best investments I made. Gives you access to alot of events and places around atlanta for an affordable prices. Treat yourself to some fun. Easy to use and there are multiple events to choose from. This app is excellent
crashes. cannot update my billing. happened while i was at an event. Had to pay membership and the tix at the box office. requested help and very poor way to handle issues. looking to cancel membership
Signed up and paid, but glitches in the app are causing me to not be able to reserve any tickets, including the one event I signed up for. Got a confirmation email, yet I still can't log in to the app. App may be good if it works, but useless if you pay and can't login
Good deal if plan to regularly attend sporting events, festivals, small venue concerts monthly and ok w/regular patron experience (no extras). otherwise you're spending money just to be spending. Don't get fooled by ticket upgrade marketing or that random seating assignments may occasionally put you into better seats: it won't happen. Those opportunities are EXTREMELY LIMITED: you have to be quick on the draw (notification) since you're competing with others.
I can't get into the game that I reserved three guest tickets for because my tickets won't open. I have logged in on multiple devices and none of them have worked. The game starts in 20 minutes, so I now have to buy tickets from StubHub even though I'm supposed to already have tickets. I will be cancelling my membership and I expect a full refund for the guest tickets that I can't use. Thanks!
I just got started with the app but looking at the events that they have listed there are things on there that i would never even consider going to that I'm kinda excited for. Not a big fan of the add a guest but if i can get my friend signed up everything will be great. Just went to my first Stars game and I'm wondering do you ever get close seats at sporting events or are they always high up
i just cancelled my membership. i understand that changes might have been necessary, however, current customers should have been grandfathered in. and sure, you get an extra event for the first month or so, big deal. in my opinion that's a slap in the face to your loyal clientele.
was great till they reformed the services. limited the number of events based on membership tiers. expected but uncool. still a great social events app. if you can use it (limited cities) i recommend it!
If you go to multiple concerts a month, it's worth it. Customer service is great. Wish it was slightly cheaper or that the cancellation fees were cheaper.
Lately they've been posting events, only to remove them later. Events offered last year were better than what they have now. A lot of little known to unknown musical artists and comedy shows that require a 2 drink minimum.
There's maybe 1 event a month worth going to. If you cancel your subscription you don't get to use everything that was already paid for, you can still go to events for the remainder of the month, but you instantly lose all your points, I had 2 months saved up but when I cancelled it took them all away before my subscription had actually ended. No-show fees are ridiculous and aren't based on the price of an event which can lead to a no-show fee greater than the actual cost. $20 for no show on a flight of beers!
