Inwood Bank Online Banking

Alright I'm gonna lose my mind with this app. First I have issues with deposits, but they started working, but now...I just tried to log in, it just sits there doing nothing and after reclicking just two times it disables my login and says I have to contact them? Beyond frustrated. I like the bank itself, but this app is garbage.

It is TOO hard to see the requirements to change the password. The wording in the box needs to be a darker color. Unless you highlight it, you can't read what it says! Other than that, it's great!

For the 3rd week in a row, I atill can't make a remote deposit and this has happened in the past. I have continually reported it and have to drive across town to the only bank in Tarrant County to make my deposit in person. It's a live check and already takes 2 days from the datebif deposit to fully show up in my account. Many people have asked me why I continue to use this bank with so many problems. I tell them that I have been a customer for over 30 years. This has to be fixed now!

Does this app ever work correctly? Takes forever to launch, and most of the time when I try to do a mobile deposit I get an error message before I'm even done. This app almost never works right and hasn't been updated since March tells me Inwood Bank been really doesn't care about this at at all

Does not show all pending transactions and shows a running balance that i've never had at an end of the month. Where is the new update? It's showing this as 2014.

It wasn't so bad, but since the new Android upstate Ice not been able to log in. Just keeps saying loading. Never goes past that point. Really irritating.

Have had many problems in the past and have had to register devices multiple times that are already registered. At one point I had to register the same device every week for over a month.

Great app for when it's working. New update won't even let me log in after the first time, I have to uninstall and install just to log in

I can't get the mobile app to work anymore. Having logon issues. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice.

Why do companies do this? Forced update, now it won't accept my deposits and it removed the icon from my phone so I have to access through play store. Haven't you heard of "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"?

wish you could see exact time and date of transactions and themes could be expanded to allow for different backgrounds like to upload photos or just more choices

app doesn't work properly. There's a message to upload a new version...but it's nowhere to be found. What a waste of time.

Easy; can follow my balance. Only have a checking account. Can't speak to other accounts.

Great banking app. Works everytime which is unusual with most apps.

i look the app bur to often I have to reset the finger print feature.
